Very good stay, Sébastien's house is functional, well-equipped. It has a small terrace on the street with a nice view of the sea but especially on the back, kitchen side, a quiet courtyard surrounded by the gardens of discreet neighbors. It is a good place to rest and dine. Beautiful beaches in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park and also some nice hikes. Sébastien is also a responsive host A practical house to recommend

The house is very comfortable, with everything you need and well tidy. The terrace is wonderful and the whole house is cozy and comfortable. Exceptional architectural work playing with the glass that provides a very well studied luminosity, on the top floor you have an exceptional view from any angle. Nijar is a beautiful village, I recommend the climb to the Atalaya passing through the old town, you are also half an hour from the best beaches of Cabo de Gata. Peter is very attentive and punctual, he showed us all the details of the house and we had a very nice chat with him. I certainly recommend her place.

Really beautiful house- massive living space, much bigger than we imagined from the pictures, and wonderful garden. A really peaceful location too. Lovely hosts and lots of helpful recommendations- thank you!

Felt right at home in this lovely house. only a few minutes to walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and beach. Our favourite part was the sunny roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. Luis and Roco were perfect hosts. Excellent communication and eager to please. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful few days at Bartolome's place. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable, the view from the kitchen and dining/livingroom is spectacular, and overall the apartment feels really calm and comfortable. Sitting by the pool overlooking Las Negras and the sea in the distance was heaven. You can easily walk down to the village, for short trips or an evening drink. The pool is so nice, and gets sun pretty much all day. The outside kitchen/BBQ really make it convenient to eat-in during the evenings if you prefer. Great shower too. We felt super comfortable overall and communicating with Bartolome was smooth and easy. We'll be back for sure.

We had a pleasant stay. Silvana welcomed us very warmly and accompanied us. The place is very pretty, quiet and good location. We strongly recommend!

We spent almost a week at Joe's apartment. We were happy in all aspects: the apartment itself, which is much nicer than the photos do justice to it, the wonderful views, the space, the location, the good treatment. You can see the affection and care that Joe puts in that we are comfortable and we are not missing anything. We will be back!

A gorgeous little beach apartment with fantastic views! Everything was very clean and tidy and Miguel’s partner Ángela was very helpful in providing the keys and access. This was the perfect relaxing spot for a long weekend! The restaurants are all 5 min walk too, great location!

Great stay. Francisco is an excellent host, super polite, kind and very friendly. The apartment is impeccable, very nice, very comfortable bed and sofa. Ideal for a couple. I must say that the air conditioning is appreciated and that once you close the windows you don't hear anything at all, since there are a couple of bars below. I'll definitely repeat ☺️

We had an amazing weekend in this apartment. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the beach and in a very quiet area, ideal for disconnecting. Kike's apartment is fully equipped, modern, comfortable and cozy. The development is very well located. Kike is a great host, providing facilities and directions.

Clean apartment with all amenities. It is in a quiet area, no noise at night could be heard. Great ease to park, with free squares right at the entrance of the urbanization and ample outdoor in front. The bed was more comfortable than it looked in photos.

If you go to Cabo de Gata both to explore the area and to enjoy the tranquility of its endless beach, Jesús's apartment is a very good option. Its strategic location just a stone's throw from the seafront allows you to enjoy both. The apartment is on the first floor of a single-storey building and ground floor, it is accessed through a flight of stairs. The apartment is as you can see in the photos: kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. All rooms are clean and comfortable. It has air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, and in the latter there are also ceiling fans. The kitchen is small but very practical and has all the necessary kitchenware for a vacation. Less than two minutes' walk away, on the promenade, you have a succession of bars, restaurants and hotels in general. In the village there are several supermarkets, a bakery and other types of shops. All very close

Teresa was a great host, she was attentive to us from before the stay until after, she recommended routes, leisure sites..., she was very helpful with any request. The apartment was impeccable, very well located and with unbeatable views. We would return to her house without hesitation.

Lovely stay at Friederike's house and her husband, Joaquín. Its independent casita, with beautiful private terrace, quiet place and respectful of nature and animals. The house has all the essentials and is walking very close to the village (10 min). Equipped with a fan in the living room, stove for winter and screens on all the windows, it is recommended to bring something more for the mosquitoes. We spent a few super quiet days, they are an attentive, super friendly marriage and we loved their care with the surroundings and their kittens.

Excellent tourist complex. Well located and connected, fully matching the description. Very clean and well-equipped house. Perfect. Cristian, an excellent host, very attentive and willing to help and advise. We would repeat the experience.

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

We had a great time in a fantastic place and the house with everything you need and in unbeatable condition, highly recommended and I will definitely be back, it's great. The owners are very friendly and the service was charming.

A little paradise!!! This cozy apartment is located right in front of the sea, where the constant sound of the waves and the sea breeze create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. It has a simple but charming decoration. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the ocean, perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The space is compact but functional. The terrace has a small table, two chairs and a sofa that completes this coastal retreat, ideal for watching the sunset or simply disconnecting.

The place is excellent and the apartment is excellent. One thing I really felt was not having a charging point for an electric car, a simple outlet in the garage pillar would solve the issue. Here's the tip! Voltaria fácil!
