We spent some amazing days in Carmen's apartment!!! On the beachfront with all the amenities possible . The beautiful black village, we are in love ! We'll be back for sure ! Thank you Carmen for being always available for us to need it.

The apartment has all kinds of details, very well located, a very quiet area. Recommended.

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

We felt right at home. The apartment is super cozy with everything you need to cook and live a very comfortable few days. La isleta enamora, it is a beautiful and relaxing village, with a measured and responsible tourism, of those places that unfortunately are almost there. Valvanuz and Antonio are very kind and helpful at all times.

We had a great time, both in the area and in the apartment. The area where it is located is what we liked the most, next to the beach and the bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and has all the amenities: large fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher... Ana's service was outstanding, she was attentive at all times. He welcomed us and explained everything related to the apartment. He also provided us with recommendations for the area, both for beaches and restaurants. When we get back, we'll repeat for sure

We stayed in the flat for two weeks and fully agree with the reviews. We would especially like to mention the perfect communication with Raquel. Both in the preparation and during the stay. Every question was responded to immediately and thoroughly. Everything (beach, shopping, bars and restaurants) is in walking distance. Towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach are provided. The flat is fully equipped anyway. The a/c and the ceiling fans do a perfect job if you want to have the (soundproof) windows closed due to the heat or the party area in the harbour. A five star rating for sure.

We really had a very nice and clean apartment here with a wonderful balcony. The amenities were optimal and we had all the kitchen utensils we needed. The area is generally very nice and quiet.

We were looking forward to resting and recharging and of course Veronica's house was the ideal place. Cozy, with many details. The house is super cool, the beds are very comfortable and the layout is great. Veronica was very attentive and flexible in what we needed. The area is very quiet and the proximity to the beach without being on the first line is comfortable. We have been able to park perfectly every day. The small patio is a plus for hanging out, taking a cold shower after the beach and putting things to dry. We would definitely repeat it.

Great house in a very beautiful area

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

Simply perfect. Carlos' bungalow exceeded all our expectations: it is even nicer than the photos, decorated with exquisite taste and with every detail designed to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. The cleanliness was spotless and the natural light coming in in the morning makes it even more special. But the best of all is its unbeatable location, just steps from the beach! Waking up and having breakfast with the sound of the Sea was a real luxury. Carlos was an exceptional host - friendly, attentive and always available to help us with anything. Definitely one of the best homes we've been to. We'll be back!

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. We felt right at home. The view of the sea was magnificent. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken, but the hostess recommended a laundry and reimbursed us the costs. Due to the location by the sea, there were unfortunately many mosquitoes that had haunted us every night despite the mosquito spray in the apartment. Construction is currently underway in front of the residential complex. From 7 a.m. we had construction noise. Unfortunately, the towels smelled musty after the first use, but otherwise we were very satisfied and would come back at any time.

As described, would definitely return.

Calaluna did not disappoint! It was everything I had hoped for for a few nights solo break. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The roof terrace is such a cool space to hang out, as is the living area and lower terrace. All day long sun, views of the mountains & beach, sound of the sea by night what more could you want?! The kitchen was well equipped I didn’t have to leave. Cristina was so responsive and helpful, she is a true star. I highly recommend and will be back.

The treatment with Carlos is unbeatable, which is pending at all times, the apartment exactly as in the photos and everything clean and impeccable, I have no doubt that we will repeat with him!

I really liked the apartment and the owner Pavel was always in touch. Clean, beautiful and with a great view. Convenient location, close to a large supermarket and bus stops. Very pleasant and hospitable owner, for which we thank him very much.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. Modern, comfortable apartment with a large terrace in a central area of Las Negras. We've stayed here before and we really liked it, I'm sure we'll be back

Ideal place to disconnect if you like nature by hiking, cayack, snorkeling, biking , enjoying beaches and especially with very beautiful coves where only and you can access by walking. Les Negres is a village where you can eat fresh fish and seafood, well located in the middle of Cabo de Gata.
