Apartment holiday rentals in San Juan Capistrano

Had an amazing stay! Our absolute favorite part was the location. Waking up and opening the double doors to the sound of the beach was so relaxing! Beds were comfy, even the pull out couch. Had a great host that was quick with replies. Provided us a pack-n-play for our baby when requested. It was so fun to sit outside with a drink and people-watch on the bike/walking path while watching the sunset. There were really no cons except the outside cushions on the couch were a little dirty, and then got soaked from the rain one day and took long to dry. Maybe changing it to a table like the unit next door would be better!! Also, the no-AC didn’t bother us, was cool outside in the mornings and nights. Also they provided a couple fans that were found in the closet. Other than that, everything was great & would 100% stay again:)

Edmund was such a great host, he responded super fast and always made sure I had everything I needed! The rooftop views were gorgeous, 10/10 had a perfect stay!

One of my favorite SoCal Surf towns. Sara's place was super comfy and large for a studio space. I loved the efficiency of the kitchen, the fact that I could sleep with windows open to the cool sea breeze nightly and the offer of an e-bike to. get around on a busy beach holiday weekend. The space is well insulated for sound from the back unit, very quiet as is the neighborhood. I loved the front patio for sunset sky gazing and a glass of wine in the evenings. Sara is super responsive and clued me in to the best street taco's outside of mexico ($1.49 each....deal!) just a 5 minute walk away. Plus a great walk to the state beach 15 minuets away. I will be back!

Jimmy's house is beautiful and fully functional. Although there were some minor problems when we moved in but he followed up and solved in time.

Beautiful Apartment with amazing views. Check in check out process is cumbersome as you have to make two trips to the apartment each time. There is a lot of traffic noise as it is right next to a very busy road.

I really can’t say enough about my experience at Andrew’s place! Super comfy. Super thoughtful. Great bedding and pillows. Many good instructions. Awesome coffee shop in the lobby. Felt super safe. Nice and friendly staff and neighbors. Free Parking. I was down for a conference at the convention center and I could walk everywhere. Friends also stayed in the building and we all looked at each others places and Andrew’s by far was the nicest! And Andrew made everything super easy. thank you!!!!

We stayed at Jay's place for a week. We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law who just had a baby and the apartment was 1 mile from where they live. I would say the location is exceptional to restaurants, markets and overall shopping. The beach was a 20 minute drive. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essential necessities. Jay was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The living room was cozy and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay Jay.

Mark and Shauna were wonderful -- AirBnB cancelled our booking at another rental with two days notice (!) and Mark and Shauna welcomed us and helped us be comfortable in their place. We had a couple of requests and they helped us out immediately. The neighborhood is close to Dana Point Harbor and you can walk down to Capo Beach easily. (And the walk back up will keep you fit!) You can even see a slice of ocean from the apartment. The back yard is more fun than it looks. The firepit and chairs are a great winter hang-out spot and all the games were popular with both kids and adults. We would definitely stay here again; in fact, we're already planning our next trip!

We didn’t want to leave. This host is extremely thoughtful with all that you could use on vacation. My husband and my 15month old accompanied me on this adventure to the beach. Just a few blocks away we loaded up our wagon and just enjoyed all the great restaurants and activities around. Besides being the perfect location, this Airbnb was well stocked including a High chair and pack n play for the baby. No clutter around other than a few tasteful decorations we were able to put up so baby couldn’t reach them. The cleaners have done an amazing job at every inch of the home, to the extent that I felt comfortable with my infant roaming around. We will be saving this booking for future use because it was beyond my favorite place to stay. As per the host, they are responsive kind and understanding. Farah place was very nice and clean. Although the directions seem confusing at first it’s actually really easy. Farah was very responsive. The place is super clean and big. Definitely would recommend staying. And it was down the street from the Irvine spectrum!

Dan & Britt are very gracious hosts! They were proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we were comfortable and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Their Airbnb was better than the photos and my family and I absolutely loved the views it offered as well as the neighborhood of Oceanside. The house itself was very spacious and clean. We had a chance to truly decompress for a couple of days! I would highly recommend a stay here and we plan on going back.

There is everything you need, very closed to the beach. Good stay!

Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

We had a lovely stay. Looks just like the photos. Place is quiet, very clean, modern, spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect location to restaurants, shopping and OC airport. The host was really friendly and responsive which made it easy getting settled in. Overall experience was wonderful. We will stay again. Highly recommended.

This is my first time ever booking an airbnb. The host sent a list and picture visuals for instructions on how to get in whether it was with or without a car. This made it extremely smooth and understanding to know how to get to the location of the airbnb. A parking spot and guest parking was provided. The host was able to always answer my questions and even gave us an extra 30 mins for us to check out since we were a little behind. Place looked exactly like the pictures, everything was clean and tidy and they even provided toiletries and towels, full sets of cups, plates, and silverware, cooking ingredients (sauces and stuff) and it just felt like home. We didn’t need to buy anything extra because everything was provided for us. Lux Properties is outstanding and was an amazing host and provided us with an amazing living space for a one night stay. Thank you so much, and if me and my friends ever plan on coming down again, we will definitely book with Lux Properties! :)
