Beach house holiday rentals in San Juan del Sur

My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

The house is amazing, you have access to the beach right in front of you, only recommendation for anybody is to bring your own food from a local supermarket as there is an hour drive off road(4x4 recommended) after reaching san juan, the place is very private, you have the beach for yourself, the house is very clean, enough rooms, and spacious. Local housekeeper was very useful as he can go buy you items at extra cost while you enjoy your time, final score 10/10.

I loved this home! Everything was so open & close to the beach! Sebastian made getting around easy & helped whenever we needed.

Beautiful place and at walkable distance to the beach. It was pretty close to different attractions nearby. Jose, the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price and we will definitely stay again when visiting Nicaragua.

Quiet with good security, nice views, high ceilings, very comfortable beds. Walkways can get very dark at night. Do not go out without a flashlight. It’s a little walk up to the pools, which are definitely worth a visit. No AC on the top floor, which got pretty warm. I think it was a great value for the accommodations. Cleaning lady came three times in a week. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Rakel

We had a great stay at la Bahia! Spacious home with nice pool only a few steps from the beach and town of San Juan del Sur. Special mentions to Veronica and Feliciano for always being available for our questions and needs. Be careful with the electricity usage. We had to pay a fee for exceeding the electricity allowance. We would come back anytime!

It was a wonderful experience, the house is much nicer in person than the photos show, clean and complete in its entirety. Its proximity and privacy on the beach is the coolest thing. I would go back many more times!

We loved the house, it was very clean It's very spacious and the best thing is the location, it's close to many restaurants and the other beaches are quite close, we'll definitely be back!

Super recommended ! It is a super quiet environment, the house is super equipped, all the comforts to feel at home, a pool suitable for children and super close to the Bay.

This was my family 2nd time to Nicaragua and we have also traveled internationally quite a bit, it was an 8, 9, 14, 17, 23 and two Parents, we never felt cramped had plenty of indoor and out space, the onsite staff is more then you could ever ask from from needing help with the simplest thing to having Marina make you breakfast or dinner in that case, Which you will not regret, the house is very private no one bothers you & one of the best parts is the puppy Petey who wants nothing but love and snuggles from whoever stays there.. Definitely plan on staying again.

I stayed at Tim's place with my family of 5. The place had absolutely everything we needed, and we felt comfortable right from the get go. We particularly loved the views - photos will never convey how gorgeous they are. We also appreciated how easy it was to get to town and the road leading up to the house. I would definitely recommend it.

we stayed here for 5 weeks and we're very sat to leave. loads to do; easy walk into San Juan (slightly harder back). the best part of this house though was eliezer and his wife who look after it. they really looked after us and not only cleaned but booked massages; horse riding; fishing and taxis. very friendly and always on hand for any assistance. we loved staying here

I recently stayed at Zen Garden and it was a very pleasant experience. Everything was just as the photos and the location is very nice since it’s close to everything you need to. I highly recommend this place for your next booking in SJ!!!

We had an amazing time, my stay with my friends was excellent , the place was completely clean, 100% equipped in every way and amenities, the view was exceptional, you just fall in love with entering the house and watching the ocean landscape in the background, the pool was large and of good depth, clean and well lit, the super cool weather. In my opinion I highly recommend the Villa, we loved it and would definitely come back once more. As a recommendation to other visitors, the area where the house is located is on top of one hill, after another, so although the road is being paved, and momentarily it is of land and gravel, if you go in a sedan, try that it is not with much weight, to be able to climb the steep slopes, or in 4x4 without so much complexity, from there everything is excellent, the beach and the city is 5-10 minutes away and you will enjoy everything nice of San Juan del Sur.

I stayed at this place recently and had a pleasant experience. The location was great, and communication was quick, super easy and friendly. The space has a lot of charm and personality. If you're looking for a cozy, no-fuss place with a warm and responsive host, this is a solid option.

This place was amazing. Rarely is the actual appearance of the home like it is on the picture and in this case, the live view is a lot better than pictures can even describe. Very beautiful place.Marielena was an amazing host. We had one of our family members on a wheelchair as she went out of her way to get us an extra bed downstairs to make things easier on our handicap family member.. the place looks better in person than it does in picture. We were all super amazed by how clean the place was. She has a wonderful staff. They’re very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Honestly, there’s only a five star rating, but if I can rate it, I would rate it 10 stars. I can’t say enough about the beautiful view .super soothing and relaxing.we LOVED IT!!!!😊
