The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. Loved our stay here, the place is accessible to nearest malls, terminal and other establishments. The place is clean and the host even prepared a welcome note for us (very thoughtful). No problem during our short stay at the place.♥️

Cedric always responds quickly to my questions and concerns even though I booked the place the night before my stay. He was still able to provide the concise instructions on checking in and out within the short amount of time. The free parking space was definitely a plus point for me. Checking in and out was so quick it didnt even take 5 minutes. The bed is soft and the pillows are fluffy. I just thought it would be better to have an extra blanket provided instead of just 1. We enjoyed the PS4 and I was able to work efficiently with their fast Wifi. The CR is also very clean, complete with toiletries except toothbrushes (I was informed prior to checking in). Overall, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. There is also a mall on the ground flr, complete with restaurants, banks, and convenience stores. The place is also near malls, parks, and food bazaars, all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

We frequently stay in Olive Place because of work, and so far, Gail's place was the best unit we stayed in there. It was exactly how it was described in the listing. We really appreciate the completeness of the place. It's really more than what you paid for: there's the beautiful sunset view from the bed, everything is clean and neat, big tv, fast wifi, the bathroom items, the fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, the airconditioning is working well, and a lot more! Just check out the unit photos 😍 Gail really went above and beyond in thinking what her guests would need. She's also very responsive and very nice to communicate with. We will definitely have her unit on top of our mind should we need to stay in Olive Place again. Thank you so much, Gail! You and your place are amazing! 👍⭐💯

I really love Rose’s place! The location was close to Shangrila and Megamall and the greenfield district is also right around the corner! The space was big and the view faces Shangrila so you have a good view of the city! I would recommend staying here if you want a chill place within Ortigas/Shaw

Sir Manny was such a responsive host from before checkin even until after checkout. The place was very cozy and felt spotless, it looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing I didn’t like about the place was that the elevator was very slow. Other than that, I really enjoyed our stay and would love to book again sometime! The area was great and close to different establishments which was convenient despite the rain during our stay.

It was a worthy experience. When I stayed there, there was an on going event at the nearby brgy and it was too loud at night. But that is something beyond the control of the unit owner and more likely a concern for the condo management. Overall, the stay was very very good. The unit had all of the amenities i needed for my 3 day trip. The condo is also very accessible. There was a 7/11 behind, a Mang Inasal and a few meters away from SM Sta. Mesa. The host also gave very clear instructions for the house rules. Will definitely recommend the place.

The location is accessible to everything I need, which makes my trips so much more convenient. The place is clean and comfortable. Jeff’s place was clean and had enough space for us family of 3. It’s closeby to shopping and restaurants, and there’s a convenience store just right by the lobby. Jeff communicated well with us and was flexible with our late check in. The caretaker, Sylvia, was friendly, responsive, and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. I would probably recommend a handwash in the bathroom and additional toilet paper as we didn’t have a full roll at all. I would recommend Jeff’s place for its cleanliness, value for money, proximity to everything, and the ease of finding it for Grab drivers.

We love the listing since the amenities offered are almost complete. No need to worry with toiletries and such. Great place to spend with family and friends.

Perfect place to stay! Good and stable internet connection and had a great working table and chair especially for a casual or competitive gamer like me. Place is very near any good restaurants nearby and the mall is just a few minutes walk away! Thank you for letting me have a wonderful 1 week stay! Hope to be back again when I come back to Manila!

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

The unit is very clean and beautiful. Perfect location just behind SM Megamall A. We really love the place. Ruth always respond on time and she even helps us arrange the clothes we left. We’ll definitely recommend her unit.

Very cozy temporary home at a strategic location. Just a short walking distance to the mall and the light rail transit station. Unit size is just right. Safe, gated community with respectful staff. Cafe and convenience store at the ground floor adds a huge convenience for last minute bites and purchases without having to leave the building. . Some minor concerns, though. Bedframe was immensely creaky, and makes noise whenever i turn to face the other side of the bed. TV source options are limited to just Netflix and YouTube, and doesn't have channels that show the NBA games. Shower heater was a bit of a struggle to operate, after minimal instructions from the host. I didn't get the heater to turn on at all throughout my stay. Other than these, I had a relatively pleasant stay at this location, and would consider staying here again in the future

Without a doubt, this was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The loft has a great view of the city through the main window. Most importantly, Ton was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, i greatly appreciate his kindness & hospitality. I felt right at home throughout my stay.
