Holiday rentals with a patio in San Juan City

The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quiet escape. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay hassle-free. The ambiance was peaceful and ideal for relaxing. Location was convenient yet still felt private. Would definitely book again for another quick getaway.

Listing's photos are either 1:1 or an upgraded interior 💯 The moment you get into the unit, you'd wish it was your own place with how homey it felt & looked ✨️ Kenneth & Eddie's unit is so well-maintained and had complete furniture that we're surprised it's their only listing so far, it seemed like the place was handled by professionals! (I'd say they even beat highend hotels 🤭) The tower's location is so convenient: 2 malls right beside it for restos, Landers at the ground floor, the sidewalks are wide and it's perfect for jogging/getting your daily walks. If you need to travel to Makati, Manda, Pateros, and Pasig, it's quite easy to travel between these cities. High street, SM Aura, and Marketmarket aren't too far off of a walk either. Likewise, staff were friendly & strict when it mattered. If youre looking for a place to crash, wfh, or simply just relax (perhaps youre the type to not want to be disturbed too much either?) You won't have regrets booking this place for sure 🥰

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Extremely loved our stay. Had to stay for a few days malapit sa work. Everything was as described. Complete amenities and very clean. The Host was also very responsive to all inquiries. Thank you for letting us stay.

I stayed in few bnb in the fame but Shaun's bnb is the best.

Meldie’s stay had everything I needed for a solo vacay in Manila 🤗 comfortable bed and pullout couch, had all necessary amenities. You’re right about Venice Grand Canal Mall so if you’re looking for something to do there’s a lot nearby! Was always able to contact the owner with questions and concerns :) shower/ bathroom was clean, kitchen had everything needed to cook at home, and there were extra towels and blankets that helped with my stay.

one of the best airbnb I've stayed at. the unit is very clean and relatively spacious, and has everything you need. very close to bgc and megamall, and there is convenient store downstairs. great balcony view. great value compared to other airbnb listings of similar price

Nice host! 😃 Bed was super comfy and water pressure of the shower was 10/10! Aircon was cold which we loved! Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable for WFH so that's great too! Parking's also a plus, seamless check-in and check-out. Will be back soon! ✨

The place is very cozy and Sir Ezekiel is very responsive to your queries. Although the parking is very hard and expensive. But overall experience, we loved it!

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. CR is very clean & spotless. we will surely comeback. thank you so much mam. we really had a great stay here while waiting for my hubby.

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

If I was to stay in makati again, I’d stay here

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made everything so easy for us! From check-in to check-out. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and were always ready to help with any questions. We really appreciated the smooth process and the thoughtful touches in the space. No words but all appreciation for every single stay we had with Anthony's place. He feels like a friend now because of how much we communicate lol. Kidding aside, the place is well-maintained and covers for all your aesthetic needs. All good for what we paid for!

Abby’s place exceeded my expectations. As soon as i opened the door, i was already amazed. the unit smells good, is very clean, organized and welcoming. They have thought out everything from bottled water, coffee station, first aid kits, even weighing scale for your luggage. They even have a basket for stuffs that you might need but forgot to bring. The fact that Abbys place is close to establishments is just a cherry on the icing. The unit is very comfy and relaxing, with big smart TV and great sounds, i didn’t mind staying in the unit and just chill. My fave home away from home. Will definitely be back. Thank you Ms. Abby for accommodating me.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect just a 5-minute walk to the food park, and both Megamall and Robinsons are nearby, which made everything super convenient. The unit itself was cozy and well-equipped. I especially loved the thick comforter, which made sleeping extra comfortable. But the real highlight for us were the lazy boy chairs, my partner and I had such a great time relaxing and binge-watching Netflix (which the host kindly provided access to). For fellow runners: there’s a running loop just below the building where you can get in a jog and even meet some locals who enjoy running too. It was a pleasant surprise! Only small issue we noticed was that the wall sockets were a bit loose, so we had to support our charger to keep it in place, but that was a minor thing and didn’t affect our overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfy and convenient stay!
