Beachfront holiday rental in San Juan Playa, Alicante

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

Fab studio apartment in a perfect location, close to everything. The terrace is a great spot to relax and take in the sounds of the street below, but as soon as you close the doors, it’s completely quiet inside. It was unusually hot for June when we visited, but the air conditioning kept the apartment really comfortable and cool. Carlos was quick to respond and very helpful. A great place to stay!

Raquel explained everything very well, very kind, we had no problems. El apartamento para dos es perfec. Very nice and very cozy. Everything was very clean and tidy. The shower is very large, super comfortable.

Lago and Alba are perfect hosts, considerate of tourists and caring. The accommodation was really clean and well equipped. The residential area is quiet and a 10-minute walk from the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and even two different beaches. Very easy way to communicate with the host. Small delicacies are a pleasant surprise on the day of arrival. I definitely recommend it!

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. Great place, great location. Stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Super close to the beach and easy to get around. Nice area with good spots to eat and relax. The host was friendly and helpful, made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely come back.

Mayte a wonderful host. Prepared to help since we hired, and very helpful in helping us. Very friendly at the front desk. And the place, the best view imaginable. Very comfortable, well-equipped. The urbanization, of a family nature, quiet. Great pool, very well maintained grounds. Unbeatable surroundings, the beach at the door. And the service staff, the doorkeepers and others, very attentive also to help. We would really like to come back again.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, wonderful views of the beach and sea. Expansive blue flag beach, 2 min walk, many restaurants and bars nearby. Very well equipped kitchen. Welcoming host met us on arrival. The apartment is also very near to bus and tram stops so going to central Alicante is very easy. Nice shower too! Good communication throughout.

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

Hana could not have been any nicer or more helpful. She arranged our taxi which was waiting at the airport and was there to show us the apartment. The accommodation is perfectly placed for the beach, bus and tram and if feel there aren’t enough restaurants in Muchavista then a 15 min walk or 3 min tram ride will take you to El Campello where you could find dozens more. Many thanks again Hana we will be back.

I would highly recommend a stay in Borja’s cosy apartment. It’s bright, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. It has everything needed, including a couple of beach chairs and a parasol. From the front entrance it’s just a stones throw on to the beach. Borja was a great host, very friendly, quick to respond to messages and was happy to accept an early check in. It felt like he really wanted you to enjoy your stay in this apartment. Would definitely come back. 5 stars!

Maite's penthouse is simply a paradise on earth! Impeccably clean, exquisitely decorated and equipped with absolutely everything you can imagine for a totally luxurious stay. From the first moment, Maite and Manuel gave us unparalleled, warm and overflowing generosity. They welcomed us like royalty, with surprising details that I will never forget: chocolates, wines, and hospitality out of this world. When my wife fell ill, Maite became our guardian angel, accompanying us to the hospital, waiting with infinite patience and making sure everything was perfect. Manuel was a constant support, taking us with overflowing kindness to El Campello and then to the airport. The value for money is a real bargain for what they offer. It's impossible to find something that improves this experience because everything was absolutely perfect, from the dream views to the sublime tranquility. An absolutely perfect oasis.
