Holiday rentals with a fireplace in San Juan Playa, Alicante

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

Très belle maison, confortable, bien aménagée et très agréable à vivre. Les pièces communes sont très spacieuses, lumineuses et avec une belle vue sur la terrasse, la piscine et la mer. Le jardin est bien entretenu, avec de magnifiques plantes et arbustes méditéranéens. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr ruhige Lage was uns sehr gefallen hat. Grundstück mit dem Pool zusammen sehr schön angelegt. Toll ist auch die Garage da kamen unsere Motorräder gut unter. Super Umland egal ob zum Motorrad fahren oder zum Essen gehen alles da was braucht. Der Strand aber auch die Berge faszinieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gruß aus dem Saarland.

What a fabulous break. The house was wonderful - home from home with everything you would need including oil / teas / coffee … beach chairs.. The terrace is spectacular in itself and so utterly private. Excellent location for food / drinks / beach… supermarket/ shops… Stay was too short but utterly in love with Altea :) thank you.

Christian, bedankt voor het verblijf. We hebben er van genoten. Verblijf ziet er top uit. Het zwembad was super. Kortom, een aanrader voor iedereen. Elke dag hebben we een padelbaan gehuurd. Ook de padel en tennis zag erg top uit.

Un placer los dos días que estuvimos sin duda para repetir. 100% recomendable

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Het verblijf was nog mooier dan op de foto's. Ruim, met smaak ingericht, we voelden ons er echt thuis. De patio is heerlijk om te zitten en in de avond is er de ruime woonkamer. Alfredo is een topgastheer. Hij is altijd bereikbaar en heeft goede tips. Het dorp Biar is levendig zonder dat het toeristisch is. Alles binnen Biar is te voet bereikbaar. Vanuit Biar kun je met de auto vele leuke plaatsen bezoeken.

I have never seen such caring hosts. They received us with a basket of surprises, they gave us so many recommandations, they would answer so fast, they translated for us for our driver who didn't speak a word of English, they offered to help us find a driver and even to call them if we had any trouble while traveling on our bikes. They even came to offer us some fresh fruits. They truly were so amazing and helpful and caring!!! I will definitely keep that host in mind for any other travel in the area!!!

logement correspondant à la description, belle vue ,grand balcon et logement trés bien équipé. Attention plus de 60 marches pour acceder à l'appartement. Difficultés à notre arrivée pour trouver le logement , notre appel téléphonique à Francisco est resté sans réponse . Quelques infos supplémentaires seraient nécessaires .

Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen aufgrund der tollen Lage. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

We waren 4 nachten de gasten van Aart in Benimantell, maar hadden daar zeker een week willen blijven. De locatie is prachtig, het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en op koudere avonden lekker de pallet kachel aan! Een appartement waarin je uitgebreid kunt koken, terwijl je geniet van het uitzicht op de bergen. Het appartement met zijn vele trapjes is zeer geschikt voor mensen die de bergen in gaan, een mooie opwarming voor je spieren! Aart is een heel behulpzame en communicatieve host, die zowel een fles lekkere wijn als locale olijfolie klaar had staan.

El piso es perfecto para una escapadita a la playa. Las vistas son inmejorables y el piso es cómodo. Nos gustó el detalle del secador con difusor, de los productos para el baño y el detergente disponible para usar la lavadora. Nuestros anfitriones han sido súper agradables, siempre han estado atentos y nos han contestado casi inmediatamente. Hay una playita super cerca además que puedes hacer una ruta por los pueblos de la zona ya que está cerquita de todo. Muy recomendable.

Lieber Dietmar und liebe Ann-Charlotte, wir möchten uns herzlich für die wunderbaren Tage in eurer Airbnb-Wohnung bedanken! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch der Blick auf das Meer und die Stadtlichter einfach atemberaubend. Es war ein echtes Highlight, die vorbeifliegenden Flugzeuge zu beobachten. Die Gastfreundschaft von Dietmar und Ann-Charlotte war außergewöhnlich. Die schöne Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und das Bett ist wirklich sehr bequem! Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen!

We had a great time at the property of Manuela & Thomas. With 3 adults and one toddler there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy both inside and outdoors. I think the pictures of the listing speak for themselves; the property has great amenities all around, it's impossible to get enough of that view and in the evening the only thing you could hear were birds chirping peacefully outside. This place has everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday. Absolutely recommended and we hope to return one day.

great place to stay in a very peaceful area. a few restaurants right by the Villa which are decent but also very easy to get into Calpe or Altea. Fredrico was very easy to communicate with and responded to everything very quickly.

We had an excellent stay at Birgitta’s home. The home is exactly as described and has everything you need to feel right at home: fully equipped kitchen, washmachine and even a dryer, comfortable beds and an amazing view outside. The outside living area features a small kitchen, fridge and freezer and all types of seats and sunbeds to enjoy the outside area both on the terrace and at the poolside. When it’s very windy or a bit chilly you can use the handrolled windshields to stay comfortable outside. Communications with Birgittw was flawless: fast and super helpful on everything. Coveta Fumá itself is not the most lively area so you need a car or take the tram (only a few mins walk from the house!) to get to eg Villajoiosa or el Campello/San Juan beach. We would definately recommend!!

Fina our host, who is ultra friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, was quick to respond for any questions and cooked us all (12 guests) a fabulous paella . We were delighted to receive fresh eggs every morning to make a large Spanish omelette enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. It’s a fab place for a large family gathering.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa for 4 days. It has everything you would need to keep lots of guests entertained. The rooms are large and comfortable with air con. The villa is big enough for all the guests to be relaxed with loads of space for everyone to be comfortable. The pool was the perfect size and well kept. Cooking was so easy with loads of equipment and two large kitchens. We will definitely be rebooking soon !!! Thank you .

Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la villa. Tuvimos unos días maravillosos, todo perfectamente limpio y pensado para estar cómodos. Fuimos con un perrito pequeño que la pasó estupendamente también. El área de piscina y la cercanía a la playa le dan ese extra que buscábamos en nuestros días de desconexión. Sin lugar a duda regresaremos y la recomendamos ampliamente. Muchas gracias por las instrucciones claras y la apertura a hacer late check out.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful villa with us! We were a family of 7, aged between 17 and 76! Your home couldn’t have been more perfect for our getaway. Everything was immaculate – both inside and out – and we instantly felt relaxed and at home. The layout and amenities were ideal for a mixed-age group, with plenty of space to come together or unwind in peace. The pool area was a real highlight – the perfect size, with sun all day and those breathtaking views over the sea and Calpe’s Peñón de Ifac. We spent countless hours just enjoying the scenery with meals and drinks outdoors. We really appreciated how close the villa is to supermarkets and beaches – just a short drive away – and having two cars was very helpful. The electric gates and ample parking made everything super convenient and secure. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your villa to others! Thanks again.
