Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in San Juan

Beautiful view from the front porch. La Fonda was a wonderful restaurant. We also spent time at Pasta & Pueblo restaurant where we ate dinner & met the owner Freddie. This was a fantastic experience & the food was absolutely amazing. Our waiter Rio & the entire staff was so respectful & hospitable. This restaurant is a gem & a must visit.

The place was beautiful and clean. The cooler and chairs were a great addition. It is a secure and locked location so you are super safe with your family. There are several pools to choose from so you can always find a location that is not too crowded. A little difficult to find in the dark the first time but totally worth it. You will want to rent a car as restaurants and attractions are not close, but there is a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to prep meals so the family can come back to the room and grab food as they get hungry. It was an amazing vacation with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

Whenever we come to PR again, we no doubt stay here! The Airbnb is clean and perfect for 3-4 people. The host is super responsive and gives clear instructions on how to check in. But most of all, the location is EVERYTHING! We still can’t get over how beautiful the view was from the front porch, and then how taking 10 steps out of the Airbnb led us to one of our favorite beaches so far. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

Exelente place to have fun with the family and in peace. You have what you need to enjoy within the complex and within the Apt. Angel was very kind and responsive at all times. We'll be back!

We had a great time at this condo. The condo was clean, beautiful and very convenient to major highways and area attractions. Is located in a very safe place, and the beach is nice. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and Marilyn was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be back to stay here.

This is a really great apartment Air BnB, especially if you are attending the conference center. The apartment is spacious with great amenities and several restaurants are nearby. Alfredo was extremely responsive to any questions.

Miguel is so friendly, proactive and respectful. We love him and we want to come back to PR.

To get to this condo just put in “Solemare” in the uber app. The location is walking distance to 24 hour restaurants and the beach, which is safe and clean. When you come out of the condo you turn left and you go upstairs to cross a bridge. Then you’ll be five minutes away. There is a Walgreens at supermarket near, which makes it very nice. The Walgreens sells bottles of liquor. I do wish the pool cleaner but this unit was perfect for our girls trip. I would book here again.

I can’t say enough about our stay and how incredible Noemi was as a host! Her property exceeded our expectations and was stunning. We will for sure be back. I would recommend Neomi’s place to everyone. The house was very clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the pool and property was so peaceful and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Noemi provided excellent recommendations for places to eat, places to shop, and fun things to do and see on the island. If I could rate Noemi’s property a 6, I totally would 😎 book it! You won’t regret it!

Minex's home was absolutely beautiful. The house was very clean and smelled great. Everything you could possibly need for a vacation was available at Minex, including coolers, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. I would definitely book with Minex again and recommend her to others.

We loved our stay at this adorable little pad. Perfect access to walk to nearby secluded beach and downtown. Loved it!

My mother, son, and I had a great time here. The yard was beautiful and the house was even better than the posted photos. The community pool is huge and there was even an arcade machine. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in when wanted. We felt safe in the gated community and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

The house was the perfect location for our family of 8. The house was comfortable and felt very safe, close to the beach. We fully enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing spot! We had 4 couples staying for a wedding at the nearby Hotel El Convento. The location truly could not have been better. We were walkable to everything we wanted to do in Viejo San Juan and near many shops and restaurants. The street itself is charming and quieter than many other streets in the area. This home worked perfectly for the 8 of us but may not be as comfortable for large groups without couples or with folks uncomfortable sharing smaller rooms. The rooms all had AC units, but the central living area did not (it was never uncomfortably hot). Note that only 1 of the bedrooms has a window with natural light. As another reviewer pointed out, both bathrooms can only be accessed via bedrooms, but there are privacy curtains so we did not find this to be an issue. The downstairs shower fixture broke during our stay and the hosts were very responsive in helping to get someone to come fix it!

Jose is a very nice host, responsive and helpful. The place is walking distance to the beach, restaurants. Enough space and parking for two families of 4 (8 people total). Located in the neighborhood with locals (and their cute cats and chickens) which added flare to our trip!

What a beautiful surprise and blessing this stay was. From beginning to end I was blown away by the attention, care and all around warmth of Ms. Lucy and her place. She gave clear directions and rules to follow about the space. It’s her home so please be mindful to take care of it as your own. It’s definitely a safe space for solo traveler’s. We shared personal stories in our few times to chat and she walked me through every step I needed in the process as far as places to eat and go have fun. A car is recommended very hard to have fun without it. It’s worth it because the beach is close by. I am so grateful to have been hosted by such a Queen. I can’t wait to see you again Ms. Lucy. Carmens home is just what my family needed. It's beautiful and the Ocean is at your back door. I did not want to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. My husband and I love the cute home and had everything and more we needed. Private gated safe with security 24 hours and close to the everything you need. We cant wait to stay again at Carmen's place. The place was super clean and not one bug, clean dishes and clean blankets that smell like fresh laundry! Thank you, Carmen, for opening your home to us!

This is second trip to isla verde and this one was so much fun!! A great location right on the beach and right next to the courtyard Marriott. It was well worth the price that I paid for!!

Excellent place, very quiet and familiar. Very comfortable apartment and very well equipped with everything. Francés was very attentive and always accessible. We enjoyed it as a family and we didn't need to leave the place.

I recently stayed at the property and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the space was commendable. The location was fantastic! It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. Even during a couple of days when there was an electricity outage, the host made efforts to keep us informed which I appreciated. Despite the minor issues with the outage my overall stay was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great location!

Great place great stay

Great place for kids, with multiple pools right out front, with water features and hot tub. Unit stocked with kids toys and beach chairs, cooler, etc. Very close to beach. Wonderful, responsive hosts. Our multi-generational group had a great time.

Lery is one of the nicest, most genuine, people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. So quick to respond when I was having internet issues- it was fixed in a matter of minuets, no lie. The place provided great views of sunset and the balcony was a great place to take morning coffee. The space was actually a lot bigger than expected so that was a nice surprise. Quiet building. I experienced little to no ubers a few times but that could have been my personal experience. Just something to be mindful of if you don’t have a car like me. Overall, a great stay with an even greater host!!!
