This property was amazing. The View from 12th floor of the living room area was truly breathtaking. Access to the apartment and private entrance to the beach was quite simple. Parking was also quite easy, I had no issues with parking in the front lot and the staff was friendly. This host was very accommodating regarding an early check-in for a very small fee that practically felt free allowing my family to freshen up and enjoy the rest of the day and evening. The amenities, furniture and condition of the apartment were accurate. The property and apartment were also very clean. The location is near a lot of beaches, shops and restaurants and a short ride to many other vibrant areas of San Juan. The host was very responsive and proactive in making sure we were okay and comfortable but not in an overwhelming way. I hope to stay at this property again if I come with a group or family as you should as well. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

We arrived in Puerto Rico just as the entire island was reeling from a power outage. Bryan was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to check in early with an upgraded apartment., The power had come back, but, unfortunately, the city water supply had not. He supplied us with filtered water jugs and bottles. But, at the end, we had to check out since it was a little hard to use the restroom without running water. He was very understanding and also offered the full refund as we stayed only a few hours. In any case, we are very grateful to him and would have loved to stay, The place was impeccable, squeaky clean with great amenities like body lotion and handwash, which many ABBs do not seem to offer these days. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Happy Beach Villa! The host was very responsive to any questions we had and made great recommendations of places to eat at. The home was clean, my children even said, “the shower was one of the best showers they ever been in”. We definitely will come back and stay here next time we travel to Puerto Rico!🇵🇷❤️

Was a perfect space for us three! The view was wonderful and the place was really cute and well taken care of. Only thing I would suggest is brand new linens and covers in the beds, more pillows, and blankets since there were only two really thin blankets for the two beds. Also only 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels was provided for a week with 3 people.

The condo was just as described and even better in person! From the decor to being fully stocked, this place really felt like a home away from home. Edith thought of everything! From toiletries to beach chairs and coffee pods. We felt really taken care of! We cannot wait to come back and visit again!

Great place and lots of restaurants & stores all around the area. Place was clean and spacious. Excellent communication for anything we needed. I recommend this place to everyone. Building is well secured and area is safe. Apartment had everything we needed.

Denise was a super host. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and extremely responsive. I enjoyed working with her and appreciated her assistance. Her place was very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Denise was also very kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay at her home and would stay again!

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

We had a great stay at Maria’s place! My family really enjoyed the beautiful home, which is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery shops. Maria was an awesome host—always quick to respond and offered some great restaurant recommendations. The place was just as described, and we appreciated her excellent communication. We did experience a power outage across the island, but thankfully, the property has a generator, so we weren’t affected at all. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Our stay was an amazing stay and although it was on the 4th floor it was not bad at all , just the first day bringing the luggage. Aside from that the view, the roof top and the amenities was a plus. The host was very attentive and friendly and gave clear instructions. I would stay here again and definitely would recommend the place.

This condo is beautiful. We LOVED our stay here and felt very much right at home. The condo is stocked with anything that you think you might need. If you go to the beach everything is in the condo. The beach towels are the BEST. The beds were all comfortable and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. Iris is so helpful and responsive. The check in instructions are clearly defined and explain everything to you. The condo is gated with security so we always felt extremely safe. If we ever come back to this area I would not hesitate and would book this condo again for sure. Thank you again Iris for your beautiful condo and your amazing hospitality.

Lucy’s place was exactly as described. Location is perfect and walkable to restaurants. Beach access was amazing. Host was kind and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would recommend and return. Thank you again for a fantastic vacation!

This place is definitely worth it! The pool was the spotlight & there are so many other listed amenities that were enjoyed. Easy to check in & out, clear instructions. Definitely a PR feel to the place, out of the way of all the noise & nice neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic, situated in a lovely community. The Airbnb itself was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. I’d absolutely choose to stay here again!

The place was absolutely beautiful, the view indescribable so peaceful and relaxing great for your kids & just to enjoy. If i could put 20 stars i would the place was so clean , Santos was so friendly & generous & very welcoming , definitely well worth the price for EVERYTHING you get . They have delicious food places near by and affordable if you’re on a budget . This is definitely going to be my go to place with my family when coming back to Puerto Rico my kids loved the pool the design everything ! 100/10 so glad my family and i chose this place to stay can’t wait to be back !

The place was great just as described. Be ready to walk up some stairs because its on the 4th floor. It was very clean and fully equipped. My family and I loved using the beach equipment so we didnt have to rent anything. It was great! PJ is one of the host and he is a SPECTACULAR host! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. I definitely recommend using this space for your visit to PR.
