Beachfront holiday rental in San Juan

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely amazing with a stunning view that made each morning feel special. It was clean, and stocked with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was responsive, kind, and made check-in and communication effortless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Frances has a one of a kind, pristinely clean, comfortable and pleasant apartment. This is our second time staying and we are happy with the choice. The building itself is an excellent location for beach going and night life, and is not far from major locations of interest in the San Juan area. The apartment itself is immensely comfortable, the best feeling after a long day exploring Puerto Rico is coming back to this place. Important Note: the area surrounding the building is going through a great deal of construction - so you often hear trucks, jackhammers, saws, etc. during the early morning hours. For our stay, which included stops in Viejo San Juan, Humacao, Guavate and Manati Frances place was our relaxing, comfortable home away from home and would highly recommend.

The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my 4 day vacation to Punta Cana! The condo was located in the most perfect area; it was quiet, clean, and right in the middle of town so everything was walking distance. Katrina was very informative so I had zero questions throughout my whole stay! I'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

My husband & I stayed in this beautiful Airbnb to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Fajardo was such a treat, but the property was beautiful!! The view in all the areas of the room were breathtaking!! Such a delight to wake up to. The Jacuzzi was super nice to relax and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine - PRICELESS!! It’s fully equipped with everything from utensils, to toaster! The rainfall showerhead gave the shower also an experience so it’s an extra plus! Would highly recommend staying here. It’s a sweet escape!

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

The apartment was easy to find and very secure. The area of town it was located in was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch It had high-end finishes in the kitchen as well as a beautiful bathroom And was still able to give the old world charm feel when you stayed there I would recommend 100%

We stayed here for a couple days and were super impressed!! The apartment itself had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we watched manatees out in the lagoon everyday. Lots of wildlife to see :)

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

The home was beautifully decorated & clean & is located in the center of everything. Nothing was too far & alot of great walkable restaurants near by. Also had parking right in front! Colton was a great host. Super responsive & provided us with recommendations. Colton was able to accommodate and provide whatever else was needed when asked for! Thank you so much! This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

We could not have been happier with this choice. Rusty’s place is amazing. Everything was perfect for us and the view is unbelievable. Great neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff and neighbors. Lovely place. I found the kiving room a bit warm. I lived about 20 years in Old San Juan, and moved to a city nearby years ago. So it was nice to return to my hometown. Sara was great, she communicated whenever I needed information and the place was just as described. One note that had nothing to do with our host but it is important to note because I keep seeing people from the states move to Old San Juan and accept dead silence... On our first night, one neighbors woke us up while yelling at another (we guess they were annoyed with another guest staying at an Airbnb) so we went downstairs and talked for a bit after being woken up abruptly then 15 mins later a middle-aged blonde lady knocked on the window then on our door and asked us to be quiet. I have lived in Old San Juan all my life, and it happens. It’s a city. You don’t go around knocking on people’s doors/yelling at neighbors. If you want silence, stay in the mountains isolated its beautiful there too.
