Beachfront holiday rental in San Juan

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Gabriel was as an excellent host-- extremely responsive & quick to answer any questions we may of had. The views of the beach from Gabriel's Airbnb are stunning-- absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a great spot to stay in Puerto Rico-- I highly recommend a stay at Gabriel's spot!

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely amazing with a stunning view that made each morning feel special. It was clean, and stocked with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was responsive, kind, and made check-in and communication effortless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

We LOVED staying at Maria's Airbnb! The location was awesome, just a couple minutes walk to the beach and walkable to the downtown Square where there were lots of cool restaurants and bars, etc... Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Just as pictured and very secure. Great beach, pool and amenities. And close to airport and some fine restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Paul and Carmen’s Isla Verde condo. They provided great information for our stay as well as had all the beach/pool items to make our stay hassle free. Puerto Rico stole our hearts. Can’t wait to return!

We loved the beach access. The pool was very nice. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment had all essentials and a few nice extras such as beach chairs and a cooler. The only down side was the apartment is a little loud - but I think that is just San Juan in general. We would stay here again.

This was a nice place well located in old San Juan. We had an excellent stay. The only thing I’d mention is that the only windows are facing the internal courtyard and parking is tough, but there are garages close by that allow you to pay advanced daily fees. This ends up being 12$ for me vs the hourly adding up to 30-40 per day. Overall great stay.

This Airbnb is wonderful! Extremely aesthetic yet comfy. Within walking distance to the beach, great food, a pharmacy and not far from the airport old San Juan.

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

Eileen’s property was super cute and located in a convenient area with places to eat and a short distance to the beach. The washer and dryer were so convenient as well. I would definitely recommend this place to strangers and love one’s. Also if you get a rental (highly recommend) parking near or at the property isn’t difficult at all. Thank you for hosting us!

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10

Lovely place. I found the kiving room a bit warm. I lived about 20 years in Old San Juan, and moved to a city nearby years ago. So it was nice to return to my hometown. Sara was great, she communicated whenever I needed information and the place was just as described. One note that had nothing to do with our host but it is important to note because I keep seeing people from the states move to Old San Juan and accept dead silence... On our first night, one neighbors woke us up while yelling at another (we guess they were annoyed with another guest staying at an Airbnb) so we went downstairs and talked for a bit after being woken up abruptly then 15 mins later a middle-aged blonde lady knocked on the window then on our door and asked us to be quiet. I have lived in Old San Juan all my life, and it happens. It’s a city. You don’t go around knocking on people’s doors/yelling at neighbors. If you want silence, stay in the mountains isolated its beautiful there too.
