Loved everything about this place. So much so that it was hard to leave the room. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location is as good as it gets in Old San Juan. Everything is within an 5-10 min walk. The place was decorated beautifully and peacefully, the AC units were great, the shower was really nice. We liked the interior courtyard as the streets can be noisy, we slept wonderfully. Overall a 5 star rental!

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and I’ll definitely be saving this spot for future visits.

Jose’s place was incredible. Perfect for a solo trip; walkable with the beach ~10 mins and tons of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The bus itself is so cool, had everything I needed for over a week’s stay and felt safe the entire time I was there. Would 100% stay here again on my next trip to San Juan!

Lovely place. I found the kiving room a bit warm. I lived about 20 years in Old San Juan, and moved to a city nearby years ago. So it was nice to return to my hometown. Sara was great, she communicated whenever I needed information and the place was just as described. One note that had nothing to do with our host but it is important to note because I keep seeing people from the states move to Old San Juan and accept dead silence... On our first night, one neighbors woke us up while yelling at another (we guess they were annoyed with another guest staying at an Airbnb) so we went downstairs and talked for a bit after being woken up abruptly then 15 mins later a middle-aged blonde lady knocked on the window then on our door and asked us to be quiet. I have lived in Old San Juan all my life, and it happens. It’s a city. You don’t go around knocking on people’s doors/yelling at neighbors. If you want silence, stay in the mountains isolated its beautiful there too.

We stayed here for a couple days and were super impressed!! The apartment itself had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we watched manatees out in the lagoon everyday. Lots of wildlife to see :)

Great great host, he even stayed up late due to our arrival time to make sure we didn’t have any complications. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I had a girls trip to celebrate her high school graduation. Marta was a prompt host, the room was exactly as advertised, and the VIEW was top notch. The building itself from the outside is very unremarkable but the room was amazing! Excellent water pressure for the shower, cold AC, hot water. Excellent location to T-Mobile district and to the beaches. The best part was hearing the coqui . Well worth the price and WILL be booking with Marta again. We LOVED our booking with her.

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

The place is super clean, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful. The position is also perfect, not far from old San Juan and strategic for nearby beaches. The hosts are so incredibly nice, welcoming and respectful - we felt like home the whole time.

This Airbnb might’ve been the highlight of our trip. It was clean, the amenities looked new, and it was a gorgeous home. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach and surrounded by some great restaurants. The host was also a gem, he was very responsive to all our questions and even had local recommendations. 100% would stay here again.

Great place clean, great location and host was responsive and friendly at all times. She made sure my stay was great for my birthday and I enjoyed the location close to everything. Ubers arrived with no problem to location and many restaurants in the area. Brenda was attentive to my necessities at all times and instructions were clear and easy. Home was clean and confortable. Super convenient location + space was spacious and clean. We fell in love with the cats outside of the door. They were so lovely and greeted us every time we came in and out :)

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

The host was by far one of the best host I had using air bnb, the host was very actively responsive, very accommodating and had great hospitality. The place was affordable, clean and in a convenient location. Neighbors were friendly. I love how one of the neighbors a few houses down had fresh coconuts that had delicious water inside 😋. I give the host a 5 ⭐. I will be back !

Just as indicated perfect stay with kids and wife beatiful patio with exelent view. Super clean and comfortable.jhensen was always very responsive in case we needed any help we even added an aditional day. Would stay again in ant moment. Great place!

The stay was better than expected, Luis was very responsive and helpful. He recommended things to do and places to eat. The place was very nice, loved the birds and butterflies. The outdoor space was private which allowed for you and your spouse to be free to use it as you see fit. One thing I didn’t expect that was very appreciative was the stocked fridge with waters, beer and soda. We will be visiting again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!
