Holiday rentals with a home theatre in San Juan

Great location great spot it was very accommodating for everyone in my group. It had enough room and the host was amazing! Very responsive whenever I reached out. She also provided local recommendations which came in handy. I would recommend and stay next when I come next year. The only thing I would asked for in the future is extra tissue and garbage bags (unless k missed and didn’t see, o could’ve reached out but it was my last day at the house so I did not). Other than that it was very great and I loved the two separate floors and the backyard was nice to Sit and relax when we were not on the move.

Very beautiful home and very well taken care. Place is comfortable and very updated and clean. I had no issues during my stay.

Mabel’s place was the perfect place to stay for a bachelorette weekend with nine of us. I also want to come back as a couples trip. I am from Puerto Rico and I can tell you that this was the perfect location. You are close to where the nightlife happens, but you can sleep peacefully when it’s time to go to sleep. It has delicious restaurants all around it. It was clean. The decor is very nice. Mabel and Shimura answered everything right away! I’m saving this for all my friends who ask where to stay in PR and for me for the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great—very welcoming and responsive. The property is in a quiet and peaceful area with a beautiful view that made every morning feel like a retreat. We especially loved the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. There’s also a rivers nearby, which added a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway!

I had a great Mother’s Day weekend there ! The house was beautiful everything was supper clean and ready for us to use. Everything worked tvs washer dryer all the ac worked that we didn’t even really used … we like the heat lol it was perfect for my kids and family and it was 8 of us my mom my partner and 2 siblings and children ages 9 months, 7, and 10 yrs old the kids loved the pool it was perfect size for them and we were more than comfortable. I noticed how some reviews said it didn’t have full mirror well they do now ! I was very happy about that ! Price was right and host was nice enough to let us check out later due to availability so we were fortunate.

We had a great stay at Ilia’s place, the Airbnb was spacious for my group of 8. The instructions provided for check-in were clear and easy to follow. I also appreciated Ilia and Eve’s responsiveness during my stay they were always quick to communicate. Their place was also close to the airport and shopping centers which was a nice plus. Next time I am back in PR I will definitely be booking with them again.

This place felt right at home. Very well decorated, super clean and peaceful. My wife, kids and I absolutely loved it. Especially me who was raised around this neighborhood. It was nice coming back home and being able to be closed to family. Nashelie was an amazing host. I would definitely stay here again. Location it's super convenient.

Leyda’s place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted to explore!

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. We can’t wait to return—highly recommended! Thanks again, John, for making our stay unforgettable!

it was a nice stay like the pictures described. great value and seemed like a nice safe location. the building isn't always the quietest and the wifi wasnt super fast but that wasn't a problem and we really enjoyed our stay. 10 minutes from Viejo San Juan and the airport it's close to everything.

The airbnb was the perfect space for our Family. We traveled with 6 total and had plenty of space. It matched the photos perfectly and was very clean inside. Host was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect!!! I found this place last minute as there was an issue with my previous Airbnb. Adrian was very accommodating and let us check in early! The place was very clean and free of clutter. The location is perfect, there’s a bunch of food areas around, Condado beach is about a 10 minute walk, and Walmart maybe a 5 minute walk. There is also a gated parking space! Overall, I would 100% stay here again!

This was a great clean location that was near everything. Rina was very responsive and informative with things we can find in the area. I would definitely stay here again!
