Beachfront holiday rental in San Juan

Love the place! Great location, great space, clean and modern. The AC was fantastic. Very private and peaceful. I used to live in Old San Juan and I know it can get noise at night, and here, didn’t hear anything. My kids said the sofa bed was so comfortable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Was the perfect location for me and my son. Parking was my biggest worry and i had no problem finding a spot every time we came back. The unit was clean and very comfortable we traveled to manati a few times to visit family and the drive really wasn’t to bad. And the days we didn’t travel there was plenty of things to do within walking distance Will definitely be rebooking again. Thank you Demi & Andrel for being such great hosts

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the second time I stayed and I will certainly be back. The location is central and convenient. The views are breathtaking. The apartment feels like home. I was even able to wash my clothes before returning home which was very convenient. I was there to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday and it did not disappoint one bit.

Frances has a one of a kind, pristinely clean, comfortable and pleasant apartment. This is our second time staying and we are happy with the choice. The building itself is an excellent location for beach going and night life, and is not far from major locations of interest in the San Juan area. The apartment itself is immensely comfortable, the best feeling after a long day exploring Puerto Rico is coming back to this place. Important Note: the area surrounding the building is going through a great deal of construction - so you often hear trucks, jackhammers, saws, etc. during the early morning hours. For our stay, which included stops in Viejo San Juan, Humacao, Guavate and Manati Frances place was our relaxing, comfortable home away from home and would highly recommend.

An outstanding home away from home. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need in a perfect location. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my 4 day vacation to Punta Cana! The condo was located in the most perfect area; it was quiet, clean, and right in the middle of town so everything was walking distance. Katrina was very informative so I had zero questions throughout my whole stay! I'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

The apartment was easy to find and very secure. The area of town it was located in was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch It had high-end finishes in the kitchen as well as a beautiful bathroom And was still able to give the old world charm feel when you stayed there I would recommend 100%

We stayed here for a couple days and were super impressed!! The apartment itself had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we watched manatees out in the lagoon everyday. Lots of wildlife to see :)

This Airbnb is wonderful! Extremely aesthetic yet comfy. Within walking distance to the beach, great food, a pharmacy and not far from the airport old San Juan.

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

The home was beautifully decorated & clean & is located in the center of everything. Nothing was too far & alot of great walkable restaurants near by. Also had parking right in front! Colton was a great host. Super responsive & provided us with recommendations. Colton was able to accommodate and provide whatever else was needed when asked for! Thank you so much! JD’s home was AMAZING! My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old daughter. We were slightly concerned about the loft and stairs before booking but decided to go ahead with it and we are so glad we did! The stairs was NOT an issue, as it has a banister making it easy for my daughter to get up and down. Everything we could need was there (dishes, towels, even body wash and shampoo - although we did bring our own). The shower was great! We came on vacation with my sister who stayed at a different bnb nearby with bad water pressure. JD’s water pressure was GREAT! The location is PERFECT. Old San Juan is a smaller, walkable town so everything is close and convenient, but the bnb is in a side street so you’re not thrown right into the traffic of Calle de San Francisco when you walk out your door! There was a bit on construction happening next door which interrupted our sleep a couple of times but that was a small and temporary issue. We would absolutely stay again!

This is an absolutely unique place to stay; very comfy and very well-equipped. You are close to a lot of good cafes and restaurants and driving a car, you are super close to all of San Juan. Jose was extremely responsive and sent over a lot of recommendations and helpful information beforehand. I absolutely loved staying in the bus and would go back anytime!
