Holiday rentals with an EV charger in San Juan

Love this place. Very accommodating, responsive and helpful.

Kia was responsive and helpful even when we arrived rather late at night. The property was clean and cozy. The neighborhood looked a little rough, but everybody we met was friendly and and we felt safe when out walking around. I would stay here again if we return to San Juan.

The studio is a cozy and well-maintained space, though the storage options are limited. Finding street parking can be a bit challenging, but the neighborhood is quiet. If you're up for a short drive, there's a variety of activities to enjoy in the beach area.

great place to stay! very clean and safe area. kia was very helpful and kind, overall a great host! the room closest to the front door can get a bit noisy if there’s other people right outside but it didn’t bother us much. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

I was there for about a week and it was magical, Reuben is literally the best, & very accommodating. I arrived hours early and he allowed me to check-in and recommended a lot of local things to do & at check out he even let me keep my bags inside to keep exploring old San Juan until it was time for my flight. Very clean apartment located in a beautiful, peaceful & quiet area but also close-by to everything (beaches, nightlife, restaurants etc.) I will definitely stay there again when I’m back on the island, thank you so much for everything! 10/10!!

Great stay! Very clear check in instructions. Walkable area. Super close to the beach. The hosts, Andreia and Gabriel, respond quickly and are super proactive about making your stay great. I appreciated not having to deal with lockboxes and physical keys while visiting. Great for a solo traveler wanting to be a short walk to the beach.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in San Juan. The host, Ruben, was amazing—he was attentive, responsive, and made sure all my needs were met. Any time I asked for something, he handled it right away. The place was small but cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My mother, son, and I had a great time here. The yard was beautiful and the house was even better than the posted photos. The community pool is huge and there was even an arcade machine. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in when wanted. We felt safe in the gated community and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

This place was exactly what we needed for our 9 day trip. Everything was clean inside and out. She responded quickly when we arrived to check in. I would highly recommend anyone to stay. I'll be visiting again and would hope to find this place available once again.

Wow. What a place. This is a great property, less than a block from the ocean, and with a nice view from the front balcony. There are great restaurants in walking distance from the property and Cecilia was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and a very generous soul. The property also had some beach chairs which was great for us. We had a great stay and would return again! Thanks so much, for a great stay, Cecilia!

My family enjoy the stay. Blanca was a very friendly host she picked me up and checked to see if I wanted to go get food and to the store until I got a rental car. Fan wasn't working she brought another one. She doesn't speak English but download translator and communication was very easy. Her husband was nice also. I recommend staying if you don't mind driving 35-45 mins. To San Juan and sju Airport, but there are places close by to explore.

We had a great stay! The host is friendly and responsive. It's nice having AC in each room. The pool is only about 3.5 feet deep, but enough for kids and cooling off. The only issue, as others have mentioned too, is that the ad says that there should be hot water, but there was no hot water. Even so, we would stay again and definitely recommend this home!

We loved the experience at Giuseppe’s place; definitely what we were looking for. He was very responsive, great communication and clean place. The view, breathtaking! Definitely coming back again!

This place was exactly how it was described. Beautiful Place!!! So spacious….the loft area was great for a teenager. The rooftop was peaceful and private! Loved everything about this place!!!

✨Este Airbnb es perfecto. Damarys es súper comunicativa y buena persona. Pedimos hacer el chek-in antes y nos lo permitió ya a las 12:30pm había de todo para sentirte en casa. Toallas, sábanas, hielo, condimentos para cocinar, wifi rápido, aire, piscina, vistas hermosas, sonido de olas, Netflix, licuadora, bola de Voleibol, lavadora, secadora, shampoo, jabón, toallas para la cara, hasta una tabla de planchar. Bueno el Airbnb está completamente equipado, limpio y tiene más de lo que promete. La cama súper cómoda y suave con una vista espectacular al mar. De todos lados se ve el mar, del cuarto, de la cocina y de la sala. La cocina y el baño están totalmente equipados con todo lo que necesitas. Para pasar un tiempo relax es un 20/10 con el sonido de las olas. Para llegar es súper fácil, te lleva directo. Es muy tranquilo, no hay vecinos ruidosos. EN FIN, EL MEJOR QUE ME HE QUEDADO. Y me he quedado en muchos🥰💜
