Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Juan

Just stayed at Cuylers place for my first time in Puerto Rico and I want to say this is an excellent place to stay at! It’s completely private, big and beautiful! The pictures describe the house and the house looks even more beautiful in person! Cuyler is great a communication he always responded quickly and made us feel at home with the great amenities the house has! The location is great the house is close to a 24-Hour Supermarket and 24-Hour Burger King that made the stay even more better! I highly recommend staying at Cuylers place! It’s a beautiful private property. House was very clean and we had a great time at the pool! Highly recommend it! Cuyler has great customer service and communicates very well any instructions to access the house!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. What really stood out was how kind and accommodating the host was. My flight landed earlier than expected, and when I texted to see if early check-in was possible, the host responded quickly and was kind enough to let me check in early. It made such a difference after a long flight and was truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience I would definitely stay here again!

Alberto was super friendly and communicated well. The place was super clean and definitely a nice place to stay. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for place in the San Juan area.

My family and I absolutely loved this house. We stood for a week long and had no major issues. We felt safe and secured. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Close to many good restaurants and entertainment . 10/10 will definitely recommend.

A Dream Stay – Beautiful, Safe, and So Much Fun! From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by how beautiful this home was! I stayed here with five of my girlfriends, and we all instantly felt safe, comfortable, and completely at ease. The space was spotless and clearly well cared for—everything was clean, fresh, and it smelled amazing the second we stepped inside. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves. We had so much fun just being in the house, whether we were cooking together, lounging around, or getting ready for a night out. The location was another huge plus—super super convenient and close to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. And on top of all that, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This place exceeded all our expectations and gave us the perfect home base for our girls'

Our family of 5 had a great stay! I received a phone call from them as soon as I got off the plane welcoming me to their Airbnb. Marco was incredibly friendly and pleasant. The team was incredibly communicative when we had issues with wifi (simple fix) and when we the area lost electricity. (came out and made sure the generator was working within an hour) As for the accommodations, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the whole home was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The 2-minute walk to the beach was our favorite part of our stay. The beach was quiet, and the sunset is absolutely breathtaking. To note: there is not insta cart, so we walked to the supermax. We missed the text from the team that they actually deliver! Even so, it was a great way to see the neighborhood and it was only a 10–15-minute walk. There are a few coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also loved the central location to Old San Juan. - a 15 uber ride. Highly recommend!

Evelyn provided an amazing home for our 4 day stay. Everything was clean and organized. The air conditioning was super crisp and cold. The communication was outstanding, at one point we had an issue figuring out something with the gate and they sent people to come help us out within the hour. Would definitely book again. Lots to do and close to the airport.

Great location and walkable to anything in Old San Juan. The apartment was clean and AC and fans were prefect for the warm weather. The roof was an awesome place to hang - wish we could have stayed longer. Just be warned this property is a 3 floor walk-up, wasn’t a problem for us but didn’t realize it in the dedication. It can also be a bit loud at night/early morning but I think you’d get that anywhere in OSJ

The place was exactly as described in the listing no surprises, just a smooth and easy stay. It felt really secure, with an extra locked door before even reaching the apartment, which gave us peace of mind. Having a dedicated parking spot was a huge plus. It made exploring the island so much more convenient. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. On top of that, the host was super responsive and helpful any time I had questions about the Airbnb. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely book again!

I needed a place to stay overnight until my flight the next day and didn’t want to spend too much just for one night. Found this hostel for relatively cheap considering its absolute prime location! Before booking READ THE DESCRIPTION. This is a PARTY hostel. Good for single travelers and for those looking to enjoy PR nightlife. Be prepared to have a great time! Vida is a music producer and owns the bar downstairs - music is blasting through the night until 5am. Vida is a great host and made sure I had everything I needed while I was there. He will take time to show you around and give you the tour of Old San Juan. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed spending time at this spot and will be back again!

Richy was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The condo was a bit dated but had all the amenities we needed for our quick visit. We really enjoyed the location and easy beach access — Isla Verde Beach was a highlight! While we didn’t explore much in the immediate area, it was a quick Uber ride into Old San Juan, which was convenient. One thing to note is that the airport is very close, so you’ll hear airplanes taking off throughout the day. Thankfully, it calmed down late at night for a few hours, making it easier to rest. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay by the beach.

Just as described and hosts are punctual and responsive . Offers a true experience in La Perla and the people are welcoming and beautiful. Show up with respect for the island and the community and you’ll be rewarded! The first flight of stairs are steep but that’s common in places with character. Thanks for the hospitality ☀️

This property was amazing. The View from 12th floor of the living room area was truly breathtaking. Access to the apartment and private entrance to the beach was quite simple. Parking was also quite easy, I had no issues with parking in the front lot and the staff was friendly. This host was very accommodating regarding an early check-in for a very small fee that practically felt free allowing my family to freshen up and enjoy the rest of the day and evening. The amenities, furniture and condition of the apartment were accurate. The property and apartment were also very clean. The location is near a lot of beaches, shops and restaurants and a short ride to many other vibrant areas of San Juan. The host was very responsive and proactive in making sure we were okay and comfortable but not in an overwhelming way. I hope to stay at this property again if I come with a group or family as you should as well. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It’s surrounded by nature, it’s absolutely gorgeous, it felt like home, it has everything and more. Loved the sound of nature at night. I loved everything about this Airbnb.

Un lugar tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza. Te hace sentir en paz. Le pedí que decorara por la celebración de cumpleaños y Ashley ( la muchachas que limpia el airbnb ) lo decoró y le quedó hermoso cada detalle que ir le pedí lo hizo. Estaba todo limpio, fogata me encantó.

Best place to stay Melanie and her family make us welcome all the times even the cats especially pancho. I like animals and when I saw her chickens I was so excited because bring me to my childhood. This place is so peaceful and quiet. Place was clean and cozy . Me and my husband are in love with the cabin. We pass 2 beautiful weeks in this cabin. Next time I come back to my island I will stay again here .
