Holiday rentals with a sauna in San Juan

This place was truly amazing! In the best area to stay in old San Juan. Samantha was very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely be booking again.

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Emmanuel was an amazing host. We exchanged messages several times before our stay and he gave very good directions and ideas and links for things to do since was our first visit to the island… we had an issue with a bathroom faucet and he was very responsive and someone was there to fix it the next day. The location is amazing as you are right across from the pool and very close to the beach entrance… and we loved the local chickens that wandered around. The community is gated and central to lots of places. You’re about 40 minutes from San Juan and 45 minutes to Farjado. Enjoy the sounds of the forest at night. We sat on the back patio several evenings listening. We had a great stay! Thank you Emmanuel for welcoming us into your place! We will be back again hopefully very soon!

We arrived in Puerto Rico just as the entire island was reeling from a power outage. Bryan was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to check in early with an upgraded apartment., The power had come back, but, unfortunately, the city water supply had not. He supplied us with filtered water jugs and bottles. But, at the end, we had to check out since it was a little hard to use the restroom without running water. He was very understanding and also offered the full refund as we stayed only a few hours. In any case, we are very grateful to him and would have loved to stay, The place was impeccable, squeaky clean with great amenities like body lotion and handwash, which many ABBs do not seem to offer these days. Thanks, Bryan!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Happy Beach Villa! The host was very responsive to any questions we had and made great recommendations of places to eat at. The home was clean, my children even said, “the shower was one of the best showers they ever been in”. We definitely will come back and stay here next time we travel to Puerto Rico!🇵🇷❤️

Was a perfect space for us three! The view was wonderful and the place was really cute and well taken care of. Only thing I would suggest is brand new linens and covers in the beds, more pillows, and blankets since there were only two really thin blankets for the two beds. Also only 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels was provided for a week with 3 people.

This is second trip to isla verde and this one was so much fun!! A great location right on the beach and right next to the courtyard Marriott. It was well worth the price that I paid for!!

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in Magda’s Airbnb for an entire year while I was in Puerto Rico for work, and I can confidently say it was the best long-term stay I’ve ever experienced. The apartment is in an unbeatable location just steps from the beach, which made morning walks and sunset views a daily luxury. It’s also close to local restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else you might need, making it incredibly convenient for both work and relaxation. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was Magda. She is an outstanding host, thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely caring. From day one, she made sure I felt at home and was always just a message away if I ever needed anything. Her attentiveness really elevated the experience, and I’m so grateful for her hospitality throughout the entire year. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located, and beautifully maintained place with an amazing host, look no further. This is the Airbnb in PR!

Our stay was an amazing stay and although it was on the 4th floor it was not bad at all , just the first day bringing the luggage. Aside from that the view, the roof top and the amenities was a plus. The host was very attentive and friendly and gave clear instructions. I would stay here again and definitely would recommend the place.

This condo is beautiful. We LOVED our stay here and felt very much right at home. The condo is stocked with anything that you think you might need. If you go to the beach everything is in the condo. The beach towels are the BEST. The beds were all comfortable and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. Iris is so helpful and responsive. The check in instructions are clearly defined and explain everything to you. The condo is gated with security so we always felt extremely safe. If we ever come back to this area I would not hesitate and would book this condo again for sure. Thank you again Iris for your beautiful condo and your amazing hospitality.

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

This place is definitely worth it! The pool was the spotlight & there are so many other listed amenities that were enjoyed. Easy to check in & out, clear instructions. Definitely a PR feel to the place, out of the way of all the noise & nice neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic, situated in a lovely community. The Airbnb itself was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. I’d absolutely choose to stay here again!

The place was great just as described. Be ready to walk up some stairs because its on the 4th floor. It was very clean and fully equipped. My family and I loved using the beach equipment so we didnt have to rent anything. It was great! PJ is one of the host and he is a SPECTACULAR host! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. I definitely recommend using this space for your visit to PR.

If you're looking for a lovely, clean, well-kept home in a beautiful and unique location... this is it! The views are unbeatable and the outside seating areas and pool are perfect. We enjoyed dining outdoors every night, relaxing in the pool, and soaking in the scenery. Santos and Luis were perfect hosts and always eager to help when we had questions. This place is unforgettable and we can't wait to come back!
