Holiday rentals with breakfast in San Juan

If you are ever in the area don't miss out . This was one of the all time best airbnb I have ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and the staff and breakfast were first class.

Wow! What a gem this place is. We were a bit tentative when pulling onto the dirt road, but wow once you arrive you see what an impressive place they've built here. The villas are private and comfortable, the staff are lovely, the food is delicious, and the scenery is beautiful. You'll even find little critters roaming around like hermit crabs and chickens. Only downside is that it's a bit tricky to get there. 600PHP for the tuktuk or 1,200PHP for the van (organised by host). About 1 hour from Siquijor Port. Factor this cost into your trip!

We stayed for three nights, like at home, drinking beer under the eaves, chatting, and cooking bubbles ourselves in the kitchen.The house is very tidy, a total of three rooms, we occupy two, communal toilets, robbing toilets is not necessarily a fun thing.The small yard is beautiful, Sister Wang often takes care of it, plus points ~ Sister Wang is super nice, prepare breakfast before we leave every day, pick up and drop us by car three times.

I really enjoyed my stay at Doris Ann’s accommodation in Siquijor! I wish I had stayed longer. The place is right next to a bar, and they mentioned that the bar usually has a live band, so if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this might not be the right spot. But if you’re in the mood to chill and have fun, it’s perfect! The room has two queen-size beds, ideal for friends on vacation, and there’s a small kitchen with water, coffee, and a mini fridge. The toilet is clean, though I highly suggest opening the small window in the shower for privacy—just make sure to pull back the shower curtain after you finish. Overall, a great stay, and I’d rate it 10 out of 10!

The villa has a typical Filipino flavor, the villa area is located in the north of Duma City, and the host, Sister Wang, is also a stone's throw away.Sister Wang's hospitality and understanding make you feel at home. At the same time, she is also missing a lot of cumbersome troubles of traveling abroad. This is what you are saying.

The place was super clean and well maintained. Room was super tidy and everything was working fine. The added breakfast was nice considering the price of the accommodation. Noreen was very responsive to every query i have regarding her place and Dumaguete and Banilad in general. OVI's staff were super helpful and accommodating as well, they provided tips on how to go around the place. Super love my stay, will definitely come back :)

We had a really great stay here! The place is clean, nice, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently located near Larena Port, so getting there from the port was quick and easy. It’s also just a short ride away from San Juan, which is the more touristy area with lots of restaurants and beaches. The room is spacious enough for 6 people and has plenty of charging ports, which we really appreciated. It would’ve been perfect if there was at least one chair inside the room, but it’s still totally fine. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which is a big plus! The place is right by the roadside, which makes it very accessible. They also offer rides, so I recommend contacting them ahead of time to reserve. And they also offer free water which is a plus. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We will be back SOON!

One of the best professional service that i had in asia. It deserve a 4* service level! I had an accident before to come and i was looking for a place in dumaguete to have a rest and watch some movies/tv show before to go to apo island and noreen arranged everything for me, even before to come and in the best way ever (confortable king size bed, netflix in the living room, even a tablet in my room to enjoy my movies in a quiet place + snaks and a wonderful message on arrival!) She even arrange my pick up from the airport and drop of to the port the day after for a very reasonable price. The place itself is so great and new. All what you need for a perfect stay. The people working there are so nice and always asking if everything is good, with a beautiful smile. Thank you one more time for all what your have done to make my stay confortable and making me smiling all the time. Definitely recommand this place and if i will come back to dumagete it will be my 1st choice.
