Holiday houses in San Lorenzo in Campo

We stayed for 3 nights with my family for a total of 10 people at the end of March. The farmhouse is in a fabulous location with a breathtaking view, surrounded by vineyards and narrow streets that can also be walked. A few kilometers away you can reach the nearest village and you are not far from Urbino and the coast. The farmhouse is organized on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large dining room and an industrial kitchen with a living room and a bathroom. On the second (connected by elevator) there are bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are clean and cozy. The radiators worked great. It was great to have breakfast all together and enjoy the farmhouse in the evening. We'll be back!

We were in Michaela's apartment for a few days at the end of our Italian tour. We enjoyed it very much and we felt very comfortable. Michaela is very accommodating, attentive to her guests and a great hostess. The location is super quiet and rural, so it is well suited for relaxing. The location was great as a starting point for our motorcycle tours, but also well suited for hiking, running or cycling.

The only mistake we made with this place was that we only stayed 3 nights! What a special place and what a cozy apartment! We will definitely be back at some point! Loretello has completely enchanted us with its fantastic location, the great bar and the warm residents! If you appreciate a beautiful landscape, tranquility and a lovingly furnished apartment, this is the place for you! And as if that weren't enough, there was still delicious breakfast and fruit! It can't get any better!

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable hostess. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one is hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very well taken care of and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the table football, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation for this is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

The apartment was ideal for us as a family of six: 3 bedrooms each with a double bed or bunk bed (one of them very small with bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a large room with kitchen, living room and dining table. There is also a covered balcony with seating. The garden including pool is beautifully landscaped. You can tell there's a lot of passion in it! On all sides you have a wonderful view. There is plenty to do in the area, even the nearby Fossombrone is pretty. Niccolo lives on the ground floor, the rented apartment is on the second floor, which makes communication easy. But he always responded quickly by message. Absolutely recommended!

Mark & his beautiful home were simply incredible . The property has been restored to perfection. Every single little detail, Mark has thought about. This place is idyllic & serene with breathtaking views & nature at your doorstep. The mountains are just outside, so my husband was out practicing every day for his next bike race. My daughter & i loved relaxing by the pool & visiting all the nearby medieval villages & Forts. Mark was the best informative & kind host that we have ever encountered traveling around the world. We cannot thank you enough. Until we meet again.

We spent a week at Nicola's house, and we thought it was very nice! A cozy, lovingly refurbished old house in a great location on the edge of a very beautiful small town. The house is very quiet, in the evening you can see crowds of fireflies and hear the frogs croaking. Fratte Rosa is a pretty little village in a great location with wonderful views, and although the place is very small, there is an unusually good infrastructure, e.g. a bakery, a pharmacy, a butcher, small restaurants, etc. You can also make great excursions in all directions. We highly recommend it!
