Suite located on the 1st floor. A bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom, kitchen, breakfast bar. The bedroom is on a mezzanine (you have to climb stairs). Everything is very well lit and ventilated. Parking is on the street in front of the house, no problem. A very quiet area, surveillance cameras throughout the block and a neighborhood alarm. 5 minutes from the Park and Plaza Tangamanga, Plaza Citadella; 2 minutes from Salvador Nava; 5 minutes from Periferico Sur; 10 minutes from the city center.
