Holiday rentals with breakfast in San Marco, Venice

Nous avons été reçus comme des rois par Marinella et Stefano ! Très à l'écoute de leurs hôtes , particulièrement arrangeants et d'excellent conseil , ils sont au top ! Nous sommes ravis d'avoir logé dans leur superbe appartement, bien équipé et plein de petites attentions très agréables ! N'hésitez pas une seconde à réserver , vous ne serez pas déçus !

My wife and I stayed at Isabella's place for 3 days. It was perfectly situated in Mestre, which is a mainland city in Venice. just a 30 minute bus ride from the Grand Canal. public transportation was very convenient. The main bus stop was 20 m away from the entrance of our apartment. you get to the center of town in 10 minutes. another 10-15 minutes you're at the canals. If you're using public transportation I recommend that you download the Moovit app. it was a lifesaver for us. gives you all of the bus and train and tram information with a real-time digital updates. Isabella was lovely very responsive. very helpful giving instructions about how to travel and where to go.. We would definitely rent our apartment again the next time we're in town.

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

We had a truly wonderful stay at your beautiful home. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the railway station and close to all the essential places we needed. Beyond the convenience, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of Enzo and Mariangela. They were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming — perhaps the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of their family. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures: spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Enzo and Mariangela absolutely deserve the title of Superhosts. If anyone deserves more than 5 stars, it’s definitely them. We had such a memorable experience with you, and we’d love to return as your guests again someday. Until then, we wish you all the best — lots of success and continued happiness.

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola et Roberto. C'est un couple charmant et très accueillant. Ils nous ont accueillis à l'aéroport ce qui est un plus, important. La maison est magnifique dans un quartier calme et agréable. Ils nous ont été de bons conseils pour les transports en commun. Nous les recommandons vivement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Nous reviendrons surement rendre visite à Paola et Roberto. Un grand Merci encore Paola et Roberto

Bel appartement, très bien situé, propre et doté de toutes utilités. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le style de l’appartement (assez grand pour ma famille de 4 personnes dont 2 ados), l’ouverture vers l’eau qui me permettait de savourer tous les matins le café avec un paysage unique. Nous prenions un deuxième café (le temps que les ados se reposent un peu plus ) au Majer (rue Garibaldi , à 5 min à pied), que Nicholas nous a conseillé. Ainsi nous pouvions apporter d’excellentes choses aux enfants pour le petit déjeuner. Nous pouvions ensuite commencer nos périples à Venise. Nicholas a été très réactif à chaque question (et j’en ai eu pas mal 😃) . Il nous a donné de super conseils. J’ai bcp apprécié aussi la musique de Nicholas qui a bercé tous les moments passés dans l’appartement . Tout est près (magasins , cafés, restaurants, objectifs touristiques). Enfin, nous avons passé un super séjour dans une excellente ambiance. Je reviendrai avec plaisir . Merci Nicholas !

Esperienza eccezionale! La casa è perfettamente curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa colazione e beni di prima necessità. Oltre a godere di tranquillità e pace assoluta la posizione della casa permette di raggiungere facilmente Venezia e Padova in auto. Sara è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

The host was amazing! She met us at the check-in point and provided helpful tips, including exactly where to purchase bus tickets. The place was very clean and family-friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and would also definitely come back.

Stefano’s place was AWESOME! They were so incredibly kind, and gave great local recommendations. Location was perfect, 2 min walk from bus stop (take the 2 directly into Venice). Breakfast included, which made us feel right at home. If we ever come back to Venice, we will definitely stay here again!!!!

We came as a family of 4 with 2 kids and it was the perfect place! Easy to get to, right around the corner from everything and a very quiet building. Had everything we needed. Francesca was really helpful leading up to the trip with all of my questions, gave us great recommendations and was super flexible. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was located conveniently close to the train station but enough from crowds to have peace. It’s close to plenty of coffee stops, a grocery store, and water bus stops. Totally recommend. We had plenty of room for us and our two kids

Fantastic apartment! Check in was easy. The apartment was spotless. I can’t imagine a better location in Venice. Literally steps from San Marco’s square. Perfect for venturing out at night once the crowds have left. We are so thankful for finding this amazing apartment!

Lucia makes you feel at home right away. And what a place to call home. The area is an absolute delight - away from the noise but close to everything you could want. The apartment itself is nice and the amenities are absolutely exceptional. She has stocked up generously on absolutely everything you could need - from chargers, sunscreen, towels, fruits and food. Furthermore the bed is unassuming but comfortable - your back will not be hurting. I wholeheartedly recommend this little oasis in Venice and give my sincerest praise to Lucia for exceptional hosting.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Patrizia met me on arrival to the apartment and she was friendly and super helpful. She even gave me information on Venice, Verona and Padova for me to use when exploring! The apartment itself was clean, tidy and spacious and felt safe.

Tout était parfait !! Très bon emplacement : à 10mns à pied de la place San Marco, mais malgré tout quartier calme la nuit . Très bon accueil et très bonnes explications avant et pendant le séjour. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner , mais nous avons préféré profiter des bars tout proches.

I have just spent 3 nights at Elide’s place and I cannot speak highly enough of it . It was exactly as described , in fact even better . Elide was a delightful host , very welcoming and warm , full of relevant information and provider of great breakfasts . As a lone female traveller , I felt very safe both in the house and on the Lido itself. It was lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice but at the same time have very easy access to it . I was very sad to leave and can’t wait to return .

Antonio was really helpful in answering all my questions. He helped me navigate the area and even helped me contact lost and found when I lost my phone. He provides a really nice light breakfast and even allowed me to do a load of laundry after an 11 day cruise. I highly recommend Antonio's place for convenience, location and a very helpful host!

The property is modern, stylish and immaculate on a quite street in a quiet river-side town with frequent and reliable public transport. The room and neighbouring private bathroom were smart and comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was freshly made and plentiful with a wide variety of options. Anna Paola was very helpful and clear with any information that we needed and we enjoyed a wonderful evening meal at a local fish restaurant that she recommended. We would happily stay there again.

The room is very lovely, nicely decorated, and the bed is comfortable. You can tell there’s attention to detail. The private bathroom, which is located just outside the room, is modern, with great natural light and high-quality shampoo and soap provided.However, it’s important to note that the bathroom and room entrance share a hallway with the owners of the house. This can impact your sense of privacy a bit, especially since you can hear normal family noises starting in the morning.The location is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, but it’s about a 28-minute walk from St. Mark’s Basilica and the main square — so it’s not in the heart of the historic center. Also, keep in mind that you have to go up a narrow flight of stairs to reach the room, and the space is quite small overall. It’s great for one person, but if you’re two people with large 50-pound suitcases, it might feel cramped with little room to store your belongings. When booking, be aware that the price changes per guest.

We absolutely loved our time at Francesca’s B&B. The room was beautiful and super comfortable. Francesca was really welcoming and made sure we knew how to get our way around and that we had everything we needed. Although, the B&B was outside the main island, we appreciated how peaceful the surroundings were, and San Marco was an easy 15 minute ferry ride away. It was perfect. Thank you Francesca!!
