Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

Superb check-in. Helped w/ transport and food our first night which was insightful to our needs and showed kindness.Very responsive. Beautiful, pristine home in beautiful surroundings. Erika a été une hôte très accommodante et très réactive. Le logement était très propre, spacieux avec toutes les commodités. Il est bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui nous conduit directement à Venise et à 15 minutes de la gare de Mestre. Nous avons également pu profiter de l'extérieur avec une grande galerie et un coin patio. Le secteur était tranquille avec un très bon restaurant et une boulangerie à proximité ainsi qu'une épicerie à 10 minutes de marche. Nous avons été accueilli par Carmen, une dame très sympathique qui a su nous donner toutes les informations et directives nécessaires pour l'accessibilité au logement. Je recommande cet endroit et je n'hésiterais pas a y retourner.

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

We had a great stay at the artists apartment. It’s private and quiet but still close to the action. The art is beautiful and the story of the place is unique! The hosts are even helping me get my favorite blazer back which I left by accident :) highly recommended.

Nous sommes venus pour la seconde fois dans le logement d'Andrea. Propre, très bien situé, et avec une petite terrasse ombragée (un vrai plus à Venise). Andréa a été très accueillant et de très bon conseil sur les restaurants et commerces environnants. Le logement permet d'accéder très rapidement au bateau pour les îles environnantes, et se trouve proche des lieux très touristiques comme St Marc ou Rialto tout en étant dans un quartier calme sans la foule. N'hésitez pas à réserver si vous cherchez un logement sur Venise.

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

My family of 4 stayed in Stefano’s apartment. Overall, we are incredibly happy with the choice to stay here. The location is perfect. 1 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Short, but scenic walk to Piazza San Marco and all of its attractions. Another short walk in a different direction to the water taxi to Murano Island. Even though it is in the heart of Venice, the apartment is private and tucked away. A few things that stood out for us: 1) great communication having someone meet us at the Aliaguna stop late in the evening after multiple flight delays. It was easy getting to the apartment with luggage with help. 2) the elevator was great for sending our luggage up and down! Please note it is on the 3rd floor (4 flights up). 3) beds and mattresses were extra comfortable…great nights of sleep 4) glass windows in the apartment - it was really quiet in the apartment! It was so loud outside when the windows were open in the morning, but when closed…super quiet! So happy with our choice!

Le logement était parfait et bien situé pour toutes les visites ! Le seul petit point est que si vous êtes 4 , le second lit est un divan-lit et un peu inconfortable ! A part ça , merveilleux . Les hôtes nous ont bien reçus !

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location on the canal. The apartment is very centrally located - easy walking distance to all main attractions but also if you head south it's easy to get into some quieter areas. The windows look down onto one of the canals and we spent some wonderful time sitting by the window ledges watching gondolas float past and listening to the musicians. It was a perfect size for the three of us - plenty of living space, and bathroom and bedroom were big enough for all of us. Our only issue was it was hot to sleep in at night, and we couldn't open the windows due to mosquitos. A couple of fans would improve this. Martina was very communicative and kindly let us leave our bags before and after check in/out.

Place was very very close to the main plaza and look just like the photos, it was clean and had lovely surprise of having some small packets of nutella, strawberry jam and cookies to eat with some coffee… Overall very good, only recommendation to the host would be to give some maintenance to the air conditioning since we didn’t felt it could reach the cold levels one wants yet it did freshen the room so it was fine. Martina is also very responsive and helpful.. she helped us book a private taxi boat to give us a tour through the canals.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa just outside Venice. The house was stunning & spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a huge garden and a lovely swimming pool that we could use day or night. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for laid-back evenings with friends. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Communication was excellent, fast, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even kindly offered to pick us up from Venice airport, which was such a nice gesture. Since we arrived late and were very hungry, they thoughtfully arranged for fresh, hot pizzas to be waiting for us when we got there—such a wonderful touch! It was the perfect holiday escape, and my friends and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

une très belle maison, Gina avec sa famille- gentilles, disponibles et très serviables. Les chambres sont très grandes, joliment décorées. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et WC très spacieux. Le jardin est magnifique, grand , ainsi qu'une belle piscine. tout était propre et très bien entretenue. l'endroit est très calme à 20 minutes de Venise, beaucoup de restaurants et les centres commerciaux sont très proches, dont un grand outlet. Grâce à Gina et sa famille nous avons passé des très belles journées dans sa maison.

Je n'ai que du positif à dire sur le séjour chez Fabienne. Hôte sympathique, aux petits soins pour nous, nous aide en nous déposant parfois à l'arrêt de bus, la propriété est niquel et magnifique... Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai Vous ne serez pas déçu !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious location. We enjoyed the walk on the farm. Not quite hot enough for a swim in the lovely swimming pool. Easy drive to park and catch the ferry into Venice.
