The Tree Haus
The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

TX Rock House - Near TSU, Outlet Mall and Gruene
Texas Rock House is 3 bdrm/2 bath house, with a farmhouse vibe. The house is located 1/2 mile from the San Marcos Outlet Mall, 10 min. from Gruene, and 10 min. from San Marcos. It features a long back porch w/swing. There is also a very large backyard, and a fenced area with a Miniature Longhorn and a Miniature Brahma. There are (3) video cameras that are located on the Back Porch, Kitchen & Hallway. The cameras in the Kitchen & Hallway are facing the doors and are insurance requirements.
