Rustic stone and wood house, recently renovated. Date of 1880. Its 240m2 are distributed on two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances such as dishwasher,microwave, etc. One of the bathrooms, with a large bathtub. The living room, landmark of the house, as its stove makes this part of the house a peaceful and cozy place. An ideal Xoko for meetings and celebrations etc., from which you can access a beautiful courtyard, also private parking of the house. The patio is great for relaxing and playing sports. Attached to the courtyard is a charming garden with the relevant furniture, green area, flowers and fruit trees. There is also a children's play area.
