Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Mauro Torinese

Very accommodating and helpful host, arranged a proxy check-in way beyond our initial time we planned on meeting. Uncomplicated and helpful.

I stayed at Salvo's place for a whole month and absolutely loved it — it's extremely well located, in a well-managed building, beautifully designed, and has all the amenities you might need.

Daniele and his partner Rebecca are absolutely, wonderfully lovely people. They were responsive, accommodating, helpful and super friendly. They were always available when we needed something. Walking us through appliance and heating/AC tutorials. We couldn’t have done much better with any other host (and we have stayed in Florence, Venice, Milan, Alberobello, Amalfi, Palermo, Agrigento and many other beautiful Italian cities). This has little to do with the beautiful apartment, but their vegetarian restaurant, run by Daniele’s equally lovely parents was a delightful culinary surprise. If there is an occasion to return to Torino, their’s is the first place we would consider to stay.

The appartment was fantastic for a weekend-getaway: super centrally located, city is walkable from there, lots of light in the living room of the aptm. Only notes: - If one is sensitive to the smell of smoke (like we are) then you need to bear in mind that next door is a KFC where a lot of people hang around outside of it (at pretty much all times) and the smoke gets inside the aptm through the AC apparently which was not nice. The windows therefore could not be opened as well due to the same reason. - On the opposite of the street is a bar: it can get really loud. Besides those two points everything was perfect! Grazie mille! :)

Friendly and bright apartment near the pedestrian walk along the river and not far from the main tourist attractions without being in a tourist area. Cheerful atmosphere in the evening, because the corner is well frequented by young people.

Umberto's apartment is very clean and very nice with a very nice terrace that allows for very nice breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment even includes a washing machine, which is really a plus. The bed and bedding are comfortable. The apartment is also very well located. Quiet neighborhood. Near the quadrilatero romano neighborhood and the centro: line 13 that passes on via Luigi Cibrario (5 minutes from the apartment) takes us there in 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, the quadrilatero is at most a 20-25 minute walk away. There is a supermarket two blocks away, which is very convenient. Excellent stay at Umberto's! Perfect location! Umberto is very responsive and check-in was very easy. Great stay in Turin! We highly recommend it!

Beautifully furnished apartment, spacious and practical bathroom, wonderful terrace. Silvia is very communicative and very flexible in arranging things. The neighborhood is less inviting, but this was not experienced as a problem. From the front door you can see the Lidl (very convenient, open daily until 9:30 p.m.!) The center is within walking distance (10 minutes): via the Lidl and the pedestrian bridge over the Dora you are at the Dom in no time. In the other direction of the street, around the corner, there is a tram stop (line 4; tickets via the app). Handy if you don't feel like going out in the evening after a long day. In short, highly recommended. We will definitely choose this apartment again!

Small but really comfortable environment. We immediately felt at home. Very close to the center, we never had to take public transport.

A small and cozy studio, very nice to have dinner on the street. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. It's a pity that there was only one glass of wine, but it was also convenient to drink from ordinary glasses. The host promised to bring capsules and toilet paper, but managed without his help. The light bulb flashes outside at night, but with the curtains closed it does not feel much, I did not bother. Initially, it felt like the bed was //was, then adjusted the structure. Bring your own rubber slippers. The apartment has a lot of towels, rags and everything else... The place is convenient, I recommend

A stay at Flavia, casa Vello Zello, guarantees peace and the real holiday feeling in Italy! The house is beautiful, everything you need is present and everything is taken care of to the last detail. Air conditioning, wonderful outdoor space, beautiful bathrooms and toilets, everything perfect. The accommodation itself is in the Piedmont landscape and just outside the village. So you have to take a ride to the bakery/supermarket, but that is not a punishment in this area. Flavia is a top host and is always there for you. She warmly welcomed me and provided nice tips/restaurants in the area. In short, a beautiful place for a wonderful holiday in Italy!

we spent a few days in Turin in Alberto's accommodation. we particularly enjoyed our stay in this quiet accommodation, set back from the street. the accommodation is very spacious, very clean and perfectly maintained, with many appreciable amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). the tram is accessible 2 steps away, the metro 5 or 7 minutes away, it is ideal to reach the city center! Alberto is particularly welcoming and friendly and it was a pleasure to meet him. He also helped us a lot in terms of advice for visits! to recommend without reservation!

Extremely clean, modern and spacious place with lovely amenities. A fantastic location surrounded that makes everything walkable. We would absolutely recommend this listing if you are in Turin.

Francis is an admirable host, always available without being intrusive, generous in advice, recommendations and suggestions, knowing the region and the sights to discover very well, accessible, French-speaking (what comfort for us who do not speak Italian) and cheerful.

Fabiana welcomed us into her home despite our last minute request. The accommodation is very spacious, perfect for children and pets as the garden is closed. The bedding is very comfortable and waking up with birds chirping is a real joy. Special mention for Erika who was adorable and very available during our stay. I would highly recommend it!

the apartment is super central and you can get everywhere on foot. We were there with our 5-year-old daughter and had everything you need, even a washing machine. The apartment is a bit dark, but there is the possibility to sit outside on the balcony.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the center of Turin, perfect for visiting the city comfortably on foot. The house is modern, cozy and equipped with all comforts: equipped kitchen, impeccable bathroom and fast Wi-Fi. Everything was perfectly clean on arrival, with fresh linen, towels, hair dryer with diffuser. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Turin in a nice and relaxing environment. Thanks again Lorenzo, we will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The apartment was so beautiful, tastefully decorated, big rooms, and had absolutely everything we needed. It is the middle of the old town so we went back sometimes twice a day - to drop off our shopping or to relax on the balcony. It is an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. We were 4 people and with 2 full bathrooms, a great coffee machine, amazing views of the mountains from our balcony - we were spoiled. I would love to go back and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful city of Turin. The hosts had lots of recommendations for restaurants, cafes and they were all excellent. Wonderful!

We had a nice few nights stay in Turin. Everything, from beginning to the end went perfectly. Responsive host always in touch despite our late check-in. Beautiful city, very nice apartment, ideal location. We were a family with two adult and one kid. And it was absolutely comfortable. Two separate bedrooms, leaving room, kitchen and bathroom. Definitely may be recommended for stay while visiting Turin.
