Transportation, tours from your door step, massages, restaurant recommendations, you name it, we are here to ensure your Playa vacation an amazing one! This home is within walking distance of the beautiful turquoise blue water and white sandy beaches that this region is famous for. It is also close to 5th Avenue, great restaurants, shopping, nightlife, the ferry to Cozumel, ADO bus station, and much more. You will find transportation access to be a breeze from our location. This upscale Beach House is ON THE BEACH in a quiet & secluded area of Cozumel Island only 150 feet from the caribbean sea. Breathtaking views await you. You will have all the comforts of home: Bose sound system, Netflix and Wifi... bring your work with you and stay for a while! We have beach clubs on to the left and right of us. You will not have to walk far for food and drinks. On the roof is a party palapa, which you have full access too. It is shared with the other condo in the building.

Coatí beach house It’s decorated with local art craft. Close to nature so you can relax and enjoy, private beach access is within 3 minutes walking distance. Enjoy your morning coffee in the garden or on a hammock. You can watch endemic species inside the area, enjoy stars at night and long walks on the beach. It’s a perfect get away from the city. The house has AC in all our rooms, Wifi, hot water and 2 smart TVs. The small neighborhood is close to downtown without the noise from the city.
