Monthly Rentals in San Nicolò a Trebbia

Excellent experience, the accommodation has internal parking included in the price and this is definitely useful as it is a few steps from the ZTL. Valentina was extremely courteous, allowing us to park and pick up the car outside of check-in and check-out times. Very nice and cool accommodation, given the period structure (we wondered why there was no air conditioning: probably because it is not needed, 31° day but slept with pajamas and under the sheet), perfect location within walking distance of the heart of the city, a few meters from the XNL where exhibitions and events are held (we were also here for the Fattori exhibition) and the delicious Ricci Oddi art gallery (absolutely recommended). Optimal experience, certainly to be repeated when the opportunity arises. Thank you.

Simona's apartment is really beautiful, tastefully furnished, very spacious and, last but not least, very clean. Inside there is really everything you need, both for short stays but also for very long stays. The area is very quiet and sheltered, perfect to relax a few days away from the hustle and bustle. Finally, what makes this place even more special is Simona and her family, who are really friendly, sunny and helpful. Thank you for everything Simona, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful B&B immersed in nature complete with everything you need and even more. I stayed here for a month and didn't have any issues.

Really good, clean and secure place. Not too far to walk to train station or centre (if able bodied). Giovanna met us personally for check in. Definitely stay again if we were to return to Piacenza. If you do do a trip to Piacenza make sure to see the dome of the Duomo and the library.
