Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Pancho

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

My family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool and the roof top deck received extensive use and we loved walking a block to the beach. Our host was helpful and responsive.

This is a beautiful casita, super clean and situated in tropical garden. Some rooster sounds from next door but this is just a part of San Pancho!

Wonderful stay! My husband and I loved this property. Only one block away from some really amazing restaurants and only a couple minutes away from the beach! Bill was a great host and very responsive.

This is a special place in Sayulita; it’s a quick walk to the plaza, beach, and many great restaurants. This place is great because there are common areas and private rooms with bathrooms. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again!

Stunning home, looked like it was out of Architectural Digest, literally. It was right in the mix but extremely quiet and tranquil. The home was immaculate and the host was extremely helpful. It is walking distance to the beach, the shops, and anything one might want to do in Sayulita. The Ubers were easily available when we called for one to go out of the city (we took a Yacht for the day) and to the airport. The host was extremely helpful and I will absolutely be going back! If you are looking at the house - PICK IT I PROMISE!

Beautiful property with classic charm and lush gardens. We felt we were in our own private oasis. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, clean, and pretty. Bring earplugs. The roosters start early and are relentless!

Thank you so much for everything to Brian and the staff. The location is very good, just 11 minutes walk to the beach, the area is quiet and there are several shops very close. We had an inconvenience with the other guests, but Brian responded for us and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, it is understandable that when you rent an airbnb you can take some risks with some misfits. Fortunately, the host was on the lookout. We would definitely stay with him again.

We love San Pancho and have visited several times, staying at a variety of great places. Casita Amore stands out as having a perfect combination of amenities at an ideal location, very near the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants in the centre of town. And for all of that, when you pass through the gate and enter the beautifully maintained garden (with the best dipping pool!) and reach the nicely decorated casita, it's the best! June and David are very thoughtful, responsive hosts who have created a fantastic base to explore beautiful San Pancho!

Exactly as described, very close to the beach and everything you need. Everything you need to cook and live like a local. Soya is very polite and responsive. Very easy to check in. We loved this hidden gem, look forward to staying again!

I’ve been to Sayulita 30ish times in the last few years. This is my new favorite location. I’ve stayed here twice in the last month. I’ll be booking here every time I come back if it’s available.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The view was absolutely amazing, and the sunsets were truly of a kind. The golf cart was super useful for getting around, and the place had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

It was our first time in Sayulita and studio paraiso was the perfect place to stay! It is not in the middle of the commotion, but the centre of the town and the main beach are only a short walk away. There is even a beach, cafes and restaurants on that street which gave us plenty options. The neighbours were quiet and friendly, including the cats! Amenities/air conditioning worked well, had some coffee and basic spices as well as jugs of purified water which was great. Ignacio was helpful and responsive and left a list of activities in the Airbnb, a sun umbrella, a blanket and some books. The water pressure was a little low, and there was construction around 8-9am every morning. Overall a great stay, we will be back!

Great stay and cozy place

Awesome modern beautiful space, the balcony was especially enjoyable. Steps from everything and right above a great smoothie bar with coffee/pastry shop right across the street. I would love to stay again. Thanks Jordi!

Extremely comfortable place, with the necessary amenities. The host is very attentive to any questions. Due to the rains, the power went out in the town and the host was on the lookout at all times until the problem was resolved. Moderately recommended

This place is just as described. It is beautiful and has the most scenic view. Waking up to the ocean views right from the bed and being able to see the sunset without having to walk to the beach were a highlight. The host is very communicative and helpful. Their instruction manual and recommendation were very useful in finding great spots to eat and hangout. I'd highly recommend this place for a couple looking to spend time in San pancho.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

Excellent trip with our kids, ages 6 & 8. The pool in the front yard was perfect for morning and evening swims, and the ability to walk to both the beach and downtown was key. The condo matches the photos and was stunning. The beds were super comfy. Frank was responsive and delivered a golf cart for an adventure day. Special thanks to Frank for quickly mailing our 8 yr old’s favorite doll that was left behind.

Andy’s place was the perfect spot for us in San Pancho, it is close to everything yet feels so secluded and quiet. We loved the privacy of the gated community with walking access to town. We saw lots of wildlife on the property and enjoyed swimming in both pools (the one by the ocean is cold and the one by the condo is heated). Although we had a car we only used it to go to nearby Sayulita and Lo de Marco, we walked to San Pancho for almost every meal and all of the restaurants we tried were delicious! We will definitely be back!!
