Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Il nome “Pasithea”, dea greca del relax e del riposo, è stato scelto con la speranza di regalare al vostro soggiorno le stesse sensazioni che noi proviamo tutte le volte che ci troviamo qui. Riposo, confort, relax e un caloroso abbraccio che solo i paesaggi e la natura delle Dolomiti possono donare.

The A-Frame Cabins can accommodate a maximum of two people and are situated in a quiet location on the campsite. This accommodation is made of larch and pine wood and consists of a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. With Bed linen, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Bathroom is shared and approx. 50m away, parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request.

Apartment located in the Residence Rododendro, town of Passo San Pellegrino, shared by Moena (Tn), passage that connects Falcade (Bl) to Moena. It is 1,918m above sea level, in a site with excellent snow cover, with downhill ski facilities 150 meters away and reachable on foot, and the cross-country ski slope just across the road. Excellent starting point for wonderful excursions. It is often used by my family, so we want it to be welcoming.
