Monthly Rentals in San Perlita

I highly recommend Freddy 's place. Freddy's place is located in in a very nice neighborhood. When we travel, our main concern is safety. And Freddy's place gave us that. And OMG the kindness, it was truly beyond what we ever experienced.

Excellent place to stay and exactly as described in the listing. -Very comfortable living space with great seating options -Kitchen was great, with spacious fridge, plenty of plates/utensils and good appliances -Shower is really great, walk-in style with good water pressure -Comfortable bed -A/C really works (important for those of us from cooler/dryer parts of the country) -Easy entry and good parking spot

Daniel's place was exactly what we were expecting! We enjoyed being able to get there and fish off the pier! We loved how peaceful and beautiful the area was! It was very affordable and we are already making plans to come back next year!

Host was nice, responsive and checked in with me during my stay. The place looks as described and is close to everything that the city has to offer. Everything was clean and comfortable. If you will have a vehicle on premises, keep in mind you have to park under a tree, so expect to see leaves, bird droppings and sap that constantly drips.
