We spent 6 weeks there and felt instantly at home. It is a very well appointed corner apartment with uninterrupted views from every window. You get to see the sunrise and sunset. The double glazing is excellent and the apartment is on a high floor, so there is no traffic noise from the highway and almost no traffic at night. Smart tv in the lounge and tvs in the bedrooms. Great WiFi in all the rooms. The kitchen has enough basic equipment to make simple meals. There is a 7-11 5 minutes walk away and a new one has just been completed next door to it. You are about 6 mins from 3 large malls. One anchored by a Rimping, one by a Tops and one by a Lotus’s. Next to Tops is an open air bar next to a bunch of food stalls that will deliver food to your table. Grab Mart will deliver from Tops if you don’t want to go yourself. The pool is clean, huge and nobody except us used it! The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. We loved our stay there.

BEST STAY OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!! Wow wow wow I absolutely loved my time in Latigas and marks place. It has definitely been the highlight of my stay in Chiang Mai. The house is stunning, they have done a terrific job with how they styled it and created this unique piece of art. HEAVEN ON EARTH. The peace and the light energy that this house brings is just so amazing. NOW THE HOSTESS are a huge bonus for the stay, LATIGA has a huge heart and passion for hosting, she was super kind to us and made sure everything was PERFECT, Mark was very knowledgeable and full of life, he even show us his ART COLLECTION, what a blessing to be able to see such talented work. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE THIS IS IT. Thank you it was an honor to have stay in your paradise.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

Cozy and spacious. The North faced room is cool and fine- viewed. The Lanna golf course is walking distance. Strongly recommend. ------- My husband and I spent two months and 20 days here. The bedroom seemed a little small for the two of us, but it adapted quickly. I sometimes spread out the mattress in the living room and slept. If you leave the front door open, the wind is cool, so you can turn off the air conditioner. This place was cooler than Korea this summer. There is a 1-hole cooktop and an electric cooker, so you can cook. The water pressure is also strong. The shared swimming pool is always quiet and the water management is good, so you can enjoy it with confidence. The security is also good and safe. The host responds immediately. The best part of Egypt is the fact that Lanna golf is close by. You don't need to rent a car. Recommended for golf travelers, especially long-term residents.
