You will not regret choosing this location. It’s just about an hour from the airport in a small gated community. We rode bikes easily. Golf cart for fun & we walked. The neighborhood is quiet, safe & friendly. All you’re gonna hear is crashing waves & birds. Some people mentioned the construction. It’s nothing usually a couple men working together, talking quietly. My teenagers ran all over the place on the mtn bikes that Robert provided. I had no safety concerns. The plant and animal life is Amazing! We saw so many different butterflies, insects, frogs, lizards, birds, squirrels, and an ocelot! We jumped in the ocean and pool everyday. Shells for days. Tide pools very unique. We felt the beach at the resort was the easiest to access because we could swim, eat and walk on the beach. By the house we read by the pool. Incredible views. We did go to the grocery store beforehand but also, we ate everywhere. So Yum. I hope to return.

Literally our favorite Airbnb in all the ones we stayed in Nicaragua. The best equipped, cleanest and the nicest layout of a home. Plus theres a security guard right outside watching 24/7. We absolutely love this place!

A wonderful stay thanks to Angela and her beautiful apartment. It is comfortable, private and has everything you need, apart from being in a good neighborhood, with all the facilities. I would definitely repeat. Highly recommended :)
