Monthly Rentals in San Roque (Pob.)

We drove to Jonalin’s place. It’s very nice that there’s one dedicated parking spot for guests. So one car can be brought. The place is good for a couple or up to 4 people, might feel cramped if the group is larger. The place is inside a subdivision with houses side by side so it’s not entirely private. But we felt at home once entering the place and it didn’t feel cramped for us (it was only my partner and I). The dipping pool was great. It’s not deep so diving or jumping isn’t allowed. Jonalin even provided a pet bed, toilet mat, toy, dog bowl, and inducer spray since we brought our pet Shih Tzu to the place. We were told only small dog breeds are allowed.

Our booking was unplanned due to a sudden change in schedule and an early event near the property. I made a reservation around 7 PM and received a prompt response within minutes. The transaction was smooth, and the house was ready by 10 PM. We arrived around 11 PM, but unfortunately, we got locked out while unloading our things. Thankfully, they had spare keys and staff available to assist us. Great service overall!

Although we really enjoyed our stay, I’d like to share some points for future guests to consider: Cons: - The place is not accessible by public transportation, so having your own vehicle or arranged transport is a must. - Pool access requires a ₱200 fee and is not included in the amenities. It also needs to be scheduled with the host to ensure availability. That said, the overall experience was great! The place is well-equipped with complete kitchenware and other essentials. It's super quiet and feels very secure—we even took a walk at night without any worries. The host was also very considerate and allowed us to extend our checkout by an hour while we waited for our driver. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it! ❤️ Thank you, Ma’am Betty and Sir Mark!
