Another fantastic stay at the 5J! Excellent hosts and friendly ranch manager. Always cool seeing the wildlife on the ranch and we are looking forward to our return next year.

My family and I had the best time here! Super cozy and private, it felt like a true escape. The location was great, tucked away but still close enough to town. I loved the thoughtful touches and how clean everything was. Highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

We loved this place! The location is perfect. We launched our boat in the private neighborhood boat ramp and there's a place to beach it in back of the house even though the lake is very low. Its a comfortable walk up to the back deck of house. perfect view. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. We cooked all of our meals easily. washer and dryer makes clean up very easy. Parking for 4 is little tight but we all had big vehicles with boats and trailers. If this property was pet friendly we would book this place at least 1-2 weekends a month. It is PERFECT!

Wonderful place! We had such a great time. It was super easy to get in and exactly as described. The House: The house is large and comfortable with plenty of spots to sleep lots of people. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, a/c worked great, bed was comfy, and we loved being able to access the water and go fishing! The Area: Just down the street is The General Store which is a fun little spot with basic groceries, and a beer garden in the back with yummy food, a stage for live music, and even a little above ground pool where you can sip a beverage and watch the goings on :) not too far away is the town of San Saba where we got a birthday dinner at Pecan House Grill. The food was great and the atmosphere perfect for our celebration. Colorado Bend State Park is just minutes away from the house so there are plenty of outdoor activities. All around a great spot for a low-key and relaxing weekend getaway!

Great place to stay. Has everything you would need to cook. My sheets had hair in them but other than that it was a nice and cozy place. Internet is choppy, especially if there is bad weather so bring dvds. And towels are soft but a little small so bring your own if you prefer big towels

we had a wonderful and peaceful stay! The location is quiet and serene, with beautiful views all around. The lake was just a quick 5-minute drive away, perfect for a relaxing outing. not a lot of people which i loved. I especially appreciated the fenced yard and playground—it was ideal for my dogs. The nearby hiking spots were a great bonus, and the scenery made every walk even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature! recommend taking floaties, pop up tent and a few dvds for nighttime.

It was a great place to stay. Everything is as described in the description. Nice welcome tray! Great coffee! The place was very clean on the inside. Stephanie is a very accommodating host and the price to stay is affordable.

This was our second stay at Celia's and it was great. She had everything we needed and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. This is our first choice anytime we are in San Saba. You won't be disappointed!

This cute farm house was perfect for the weekend retreat. Located between Lampasas and San Saba, we never went without.

As our first host we put Tracy to the test by locking ourselves out of the house. Even though she was out of town she had an alternative key holder and we were in in less than an hour! This house is on a quiet street away from traffic with awesome backyard amenities for our littles! The house is cutesy cottage vibe all day long and had plenty of room for our party of 5. Two seating areas for dining a large living area great bathrooms and everything in the kitchen you would need. I would book this house again for all my trips to Lampasas.

We had a great stay! It was a little smaller than we expected for our family of five adults, but it worked out just fine. Thank you!

2nd time I’ve stayed in one of Leah’s houses and they are clean and I and made to feel like it’s my home as we try and take care of it like it is. We will be back next year.

The house is located on a quiet road. It had covered parking which is always nice in central Texas. A/C was awesome. Also a plus in central Texas. All the appliances worked in the house. There’s not a lot to this place. It’s a trailer house after all. But it’s located in a peaceful place. It’s clean. The front and back decks were awesome and it’s very reasonably priced. Tracy is also very quick to respond and accommodating. My brother and his family live in the area but their place isn’t finished yet so they’re cramped in their little cabin. We will 100% be booking here again.
