I was looking for an apartment near the beach so I wouldn't have to walk or drive miles every day, (with the stress of parking). Annalisa's apartment is very close to the sea, 100 meters from the beach and allows you to fully enjoy beach life, as we like it. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the parking space in the inner courtyard, the presence of all appliances in the apartment and air conditioners in every room for a relaxing vacation. Although we didn't have many opportunities to see each other since there were no problems, Annalisa made a great impression on us, a kind and caring Host. Paolo M

Tiziana and Gabriele are two exquisite and welcoming people. They were very kind and helpful, meeting our needs: they had no problem welcoming a fifth guest for a few days and they proposed to stop a few more days having delayed the arrival one. The house was clean, tidy and spacious. The description and photographs matched exactly what we found. It is in a great location, having all the necessary amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, beach, weekly regional market) within a few meters. The noise coming from the street, quite busy, is not particularly intrusive, overlooking the bedrooms. Our feedback is absolutely positive and we recommend this apartment to anyone who decides to spend their holidays in Porto Sant 'Elpidio!!

We stayed 10 days in Sandro and Alessia's apartment, we stayed 10 days in the new apartment or yet to be renovated. Renovated very well, air conditioning throughout the house, very modern automatic lighting lights. The only thing I think can be missing is a vacuum cleaner given the sand that is a door from the sea, then there is everything dishwasher, electric stove, the washing machine is missing but they told me that they ordered it, so it's only a matter of delivery. The apartment is close to the beach near the supermarket, the only flaw in the area is that many shops are closed and in the evening you have to take the car to go downtown (it is at least 30 minutes walk away)or visit other neighboring areas. Parking in front of the house Not always available, but there is the possibility to put it inside the courtyard and then move it as soon as it is free. Available and very kind owners
