If you are looking for a quiet, historical, peaceful experience in northern Spain, this is it. The stone house is modernized and comfortable with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is excellent and it was wonderful to have an outdoor space to eat and lounge and enjoy the setting. We stayed five days and there are endless day trips to take to nearby towns, beaches, mountains, markets and restaurants. Diego was a fantastic host and Marta opened the house for us. Both responded immediately to any of our needs. We loved it.

We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! Amazing stay at the adorable Teresa's. The accommodation is peaceful, very pleasant and functional for a couple with a small one. The beautiful garden overlooks a very pretty view. Teresa is a very thoughtful and solar host. Thank you again so much for everything!!! Emma, Louis, and Charlie.

We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We really liked the place. We went with our baby and they also provided us with a cot. Everything was very clean and with new furniture. The heating worked great. As for the parking space, there is a parking lot behind the house. And finally, I'd like to mention that Carmen's husband received us and was very kind and flexible with the departure.

The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. The accommodation was as advertised and faithful to the photos. The area is very quiet and at the same time well connected to the road and neighboring villages. The bed was spacious and very comfortable, the facilities were clean and had everything you needed. There were also complimentary products. The pools were a good size and temperature. A great success.

Ap 9 is really private and has lovely outside space. Such a beautiful location with lots of lovely towns/walks nearby. Host is helpful and friendly.

A magnificent place beautifully restored. Lovely grounds with an outdoor kitchen area under cover and the pool an added bonus. The views were just fabulous. Elena responded quickly to every message. Hopefully we will return for longer next time .

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the basement is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

Wonderful stay in Tagle. The house is very spacious and cozy. You don't miss anything because it's fully equipped. Gabriel, thank you so much for everything, we'll be back for sure.

They have been unbeatable hosts. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, with clear and simple instructions, with the detail of having left us a plate and treats for the dogs. The apartment has been ideal for our 3 and 5 year old children. It is a second floor but the stairs are low and the little one has gone up and down them easily and, as the street is pedestrian, he has had freedom directly in the street. Everything is 10 minutes or less away: beach, playground, parking, shops, bars, and restaurants.

Nice and cosy apartment in the complex. Easy to find and very good communication with the Host. The only disadvantage was the lack of mobile network and the WIFI connection was very unstable. If this is not mandatory for your stay I can highly recommend staying there for a few days to chill and explore the surroundings :)

We have had a wonderful few days, it is a place where there is a lot of tranquility and you can enjoy the landscapes and nature. The cottage has everything, it lacks nothing, the location is very good since you are very close to many places of interest such as San Vicente de la Barquera, Cabezón de la Sal, the caves of Soplao, etc... We were two people and 2 dogs and we enjoyed a lot, especially our dogs since there is a private garden and it is quite large. The truth is that we were very happy in Manuel's house, we hope to return soon!

I can’t express how wonderful this rental was. Very close to town, so it was quick to get groceries. This small village was so quaint and beautiful. The view from the patio greatly exceeded our expectations. Such a lovely place to sit in the mornings and evenings.

The house as described in the listing, although it is true that the location differs from the one indicated, yes, very accessible to go anywhere in Cantabria. Conchi was very friendly and pending to resolve any questions or issues we had.
