The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

Close to The Monterey Bay Aquarium , art and culture, restaurants and dining and the beach. You’ll love my place because it's a detached new unit, clean and on the Monterey Peninsula. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets (Dogs only please). We consider Dogs to be part of the Family so If you would like to bring your dog (2 max), please add them as a guest. That will cover the added expense in the cleaning of the Bungalow.

Elegant retreat close proximity to everything
The Studio is beautiful,It has a private entrance with no other apartments, hence very quiet, no one else living in the building. Situated above world famous "Anderle Gallery" An adjustable Queen bed with a remote to make softer or harder. A flat screen 4K TV at the foot of the bed, with Wifi, and access to NetFlix, Prime, etc with your password. Beautifully decorated with art objects, lamps and rugs. All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board.

I’m available 24hrs everyday of your stay for any questions. The house is nestled in the hills of Seaside with gorgeous views of Monterey. Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining are also a short drive away.

The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
