Monthly Rentals in Sand Hill

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this property. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful, cozy decor, it felt like something out of a “Property Brothers” episode. Spotless and spacious, it exceeded expectations. The main level has two bedrooms, including a master with a private bath, plus an open living room, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs has two more bedrooms, a shared bath, and a fantastic game room with a pool table, board games, books, and a sofa bed. Another sofa bed is in the upstairs living room. Outside, there are two large balconies, a hot tub, and a fire pit where the kids loved making s’mores. We had an amazing time and felt completely at home. I highly recommend this property!!!

The cottage was a peaceful and comfortable accommodation in between tournament games at the nearby Buncombe County Sports Complex. It was also within a ~15 min drive to downtown Asheville for some great eats and shopping. The place was very clean, with comfortable beds, and all the amenities you would need for a home away from home. Would stay again!

The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Great location, felt safe, responsive and friendly hosts, I would have stayed longer if it was available! The game room was cool too

Beautiful home! Trace was a great host. We had very clear instructions for check in, check out and all rules and expectations. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and the home was perfect! Very close to the field. We even had some deer visit in the backyard. The back porch was incredibly peaceful.
