Havel Suites 1 room apartment with garden & sauna

Newly renovated one bedroom apartment with kitchen and shower room in Havelberg. The house was built in the 19th century and is being renovated since 2021. This is how some modern holiday apartments were created in this house. In addition, in the garden directly in front of the house for our guests free use of a barbecue area with fire basket, a sauna and a hot tub (bathtub for 6 people). A bicycle garage is also available directly on the property and included in the price of the accommodation.

Nasz ogród jest duży, jest w nim miejsce na kolacje przy stole na 10 osób, jest miejsce na relaks na trawie i przy ognisku. W sezonie jesienno-zimowym dom trzeba samemu opalac piecem (na parterze), a w sypialniach sa grzejniki elektryczne.

Ob im Sommer in der Hängematte unter alten Apfelbäumen oder im Winter nach einem erfrischenden Spaziergang in der Sauna und vor dem Kamin. Abseits von jeglichen Trubel kannst du die Gedanken über die weiten Felder schweifen lassen, im Liegestuhl den Bienen beim Summen zuhören oder mit den Kindern die Kühe, Schafe und Ziegen in der Umgebung auf den Wiesen besuchen. The garden invites you to linger and relax with plenty of space.

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.

Welcome to Tangermünde. The vacation rental is located in a vacation home with 2 other vacation rentals. The old town of Tangermünde with all its sights, cafes, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' walk away (about 400 m). In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.
