The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A staircase must be climbed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning during summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 min by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

Har du bil kan du parkere rett utenfor.Mulighet å sitte ute foran leiligheten og benytte Hagen om ønskelig. Europris , Coop Xtra og Meny, Apotek i gå avstand fra leiligheten. Vi er en famile på 3+2 katter som bor i huset over. Vi har ei aktiv jente på 8 år så litt liv og røre i huset er det.God lekekompis om noen har barn :)

Annex/small house with walking distance to the lake (750 meters) and Sandefjord city center (900 meters). The house contains a small bedroom with window and double bed 160cm. Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The basement is not in use when rented. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
