The Cottage near the beach.

The cottage is in a quite country side with surrounding fields and plenty of sea air. There is a local shop a stones throw away and the beach is just five minutes away. You can smell the sea air and just listen to nature. The cottage is classic contemporary with luxury and pure comfort to meet your needs. There is a good size garden for relaxation, and there is also a 13ft trampoline for a little bounce for that youthful feeling. What I love is the comfort and the tranquility of countryside.

My place is close to beautiful dramatic Atlantic beaches with access to the Wild Atlantic Way, Killarney National Park and the dramatic Dingle Peninsula. Kerry Airport nearby. It has newly installed high speed fibre broadband. World class links golf courses nearby at Tralee and Ballynunion. Exceptional restaurants in particular seafood restaurants nearby. You’ll love my place because of the location, the comfortable and warm house, the outdoors space including lockable storage for bikes etc.

Other beautiful areas of Kerry are easily accessible and Kerry Airport is 40 minutes by car (Incl.daily flights from Dublin). This is a real opportunity to 'get away from it all'

Situated in the County Kerry seaside village of Ballyheigue, on the “Wild Atlantic Way,” (Ireland’s 2,500km coastal tourism trail) , this beautiful house is the perfect family holiday home. With a spectacular view of Ballyheigue Blue Flag Beach, the Atlantic Ocean and stunning mountain scenery, this spacious home is set in a quiet cul-de-sac, with large green open spaces, and an onsite tennis court. It is located just a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach.

Ensuite shower Double bed and a sofa. TV plays DVDs only , with a good selection of DVDs. There is no cooker in the pod but there is a Gas Plancha (Hot Plate) and a single gas ring situated in an outside cooking station next to the pod. WIFI

We have 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other a bunk bed. Toilet and electric shower, solid fuel stove for indoor fire and oil central heating.
