Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Le logement privatif avec sa literie haut de gamme et wifi dispose d’un agréable jardin avec vue sur la Sologne. Fait partie des communs d'un château privé en rénovation, centre-bourg à 5min en voiture ou 10min en vélo, randonnées et pistes cyclables, châteaux de la Loire (Chambord 40min), proche Orléans. Animaux interdits.

Vous pourrez profiter d'un très grand espace de vie séjour/salon climatisé, d'une cuisine ouverte, ainsi que de 7 chambres comprenant 5 lits doubles et 5 lits simples. Une grande terrasse donne sur un terrain avec jeux pour enfants, trampoline et tennis de table. Tout équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, etc...) 3 chambres (3 lits 90, 2 lits 140 ). Terrasse , jardin privatif sans vis à vis, barbecue, barques/pédalos, pêche, grande aire de jeux à l'abri, baby foot, ping pong, instruments (batterie, guitares, synthé, djembés) Horaires flexibles.

You will have a living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower (not adjoining the bedroom) In summer, you can enjoy the swimming pool (access strictly reserved for guests, unheated), the vegetable garden and the wooded garden.

We designed and built the Maison des Cordelles in a spirit of ecology, and sought to create a healthy living space. Built in wood, it is bright, comfortable in all seasons and environmentally friendly. Max capacity 4 guests and 1 baby. The house is located at the gates of Orléans, on the "Loire by bike" route and close to Sologne. Close to the city center, La Source, La Comet etc... Come and discover this unique site. Between the Loire and the Canal d 'Orléans, charming studio. You love the Loire, canoeing and bike rides, Agnes and Francis welcome you, within a protected site, in this independent, comfortable, 27 m2 studio with direct access to the towpath.

The studio, facing south, has a private access that is at the edge of the towpath, path that is part of the very long European bike path " Transibérique ". The Loire runs along the canal: located in between, the dike takes you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Fbleux, a popular promenade, has retained the charm of the old mariners' village. Charm, calm and exotic characterize this place.
