Stylish room with private bathroom and entrance

Stylish room/floor and a cozy garden. It's in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk from the citycenter and just 8 min from the beautiful old town and 12 min to town. My house is just 15 min walk from Mosvannet where you can go for a swim in the outdoor pool. If you want to enjoy nature there are amazing areas around Stokkavannet where you can go for a swim, walk, go biking or have a picnic. At our Airbnb you can enjoy refreshments in the garden and just relax as loong as we dont use the garden.

Velkommen til Stavanger og vår koselige leilighet i 3 etasje i villaen vår fra 1913. Leiligheten består av to soverom (ett med to enkeltsenger og ett med 1.20 seng). Det er bad med dusj, toalett, vask samt vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt med oppvaskmaskin, kaffemaskin, komfyr og mikrobølgeovn. I stuen er det TV og DVD. Dere har tilgang til gratis WIFI. Etter at dere har benyttet dere av byens fasiliteter er dette et flott sted å slappe av og få pusten tilbake.

Nyinnredet garasjeloft i naturskjønne rolige omgivelser på småbruk i Voster. Våkn opp til lyden av bølgeskvulp eller sauer som breker. Vostervatnet hvor det går an å bade ligger rett nedenfor huset. Det er 1,5 km til badestrand i tilknytning til Vostervatnet. Det er 10 km til Tau, der en finner div butikker og spisesteder. Stavanger er 40 minutter unna med bil, det samme er preikestolhytta. Mange turområder i nærheten.

Ny, flott og lys loftsleilighet i et fredfullt og rolig nabolag, med mange fine grøntområder i nærheten. Leiligheten ble bygd i 2020, og fremstår som vakker og ny. Den ligger fint til rett ved Kampen kirke, VID høgskole, og BISS (British International School of Stavanger). 15 min gange til Vågen, Stavanger sentrum. 2 min gange til dagligvarebutikk, cafe/konditori, pizzeria ++ 2 min gange til busstopp
