Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Cottage Uddebo, private beach and garden

Uddebo is located right by Lake Rosjön and only 10 km north of the beautiful wooden town of Eksjö. The house is located on a headland out on the lake and has a unique lakeside location with a lake view from all parts of the house. From the living room and bedroom, you can access a wooden deck with steps leading down to the garden and the dock. It is a scenic and secluded location with houses nearby but not right next door. The proximity to Highway 32 makes it easy to get here. The road can be heard, but for the vast majority, it is not perceived as disturbing.

Cozy cottage right by the water

We rent out our summer cottage by Stensjön, about 10 km outside Nässjö. The cottage is located by Lake Nömmen and has its own dock and sandy beach. The cottage is perfect for a family or larger group as there are 6 beds. The cottage has a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There's also a loft with a sofa and TV. On the property, there is a separate guest house with a double bed and a bunk bed (not winterized). Sauna is available in the garden for those who want it.

Family-friendly and scenic accommodation

Huset är på toppen av en kulle, omgiven av skog och med utsikt mot sjön. På den stora altanen njuter du av sol hela dagen. Det stora "skogsrummet" ger känslan av att vara i en trädkoja. Området är naturnära, stillsamt och barnvänligt. Badplatsen är nära och du kan ta långa promenader i skogen. Det finns möjlighet att hyra båt, kanot och köpa fiskekort. Huset är en bra utgångspunkt för utflykter till Astrid Lindgrens värld, Glasriket, den gamla trästaden Eksjö och flera vackra naturreservat.

Här njuter ni av lugnet, vattnet, skogen och djurlivet i naturen. Laga mat i det fullt utrustade uteköket. Frukostpåse samt middags alternativ erbjuds. Perfekt plats för avkoppling och rekreation. Här kan man, fiska, utöva vattenaktiviteter, bada bastu mm. Kom och skapa oförglömliga minnen hos oss.

Huset ligger i en fantastiskt lugn och vacker miljö vid sjön utanför Nye där du har tillgång till egen brygga och båt. Njut av en båttur och utsikten över sjön från den stora altanen. Bara några minuter bort finns badplats, café och kiosk. Sommaren bjuder till bad, fiske- eller båtsutflykte är det vinter kan du njuta av lugnet vid (eller på) isen. Vi finns i Smålands trädgård där landsbygden till stor del behållit sin karaktär som man känner igen från Astrid Lindgerns berättelser.

Mysig stuga med bastu vid sjö

Newly renovated cottage of 80 square meters that has recently undergone a total renovation. It accommodates up to 7 people, with beds in 3 bedrooms + a sofa bed with two beds. The cottage is located by a lake with a private jetty and wood-fired sauna (wood included) as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. The cottage has a patio on the front, a large balcony and a terrace where you can socialize, eat and sunbathe. Located about 15 minutes from Isaberg Mountain Resort.

Sjögård Annex

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Här bor du fridfullt i hjärtat av Småland med en magnifik utsikt över sjön Tjurken. I annexet finns 2 sovrum. I första sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng (90cm x2, går att dela till två enkelsängar) och i andra sovrummet finns en 180cm dubbelsäng. Köket är utrustat med ett litet kylskåp samt 2 kokplattor samt en ugn. Det finns tillgång till egen brygga på tomten. Båt med motor samt även 2 kanoter finns för uthyrning, inkl flytvästar.

Welcome to our pine cone This tree house is located in the beautiful Småland forest and offers a stay beyond the ordinary. It's intimate, simple and peaceful place. Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful home in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a quiet and peaceful place with animals, birds, and nature as your neighbors. Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right fit. Holiday home with beach property & lazy spa (May-September) There are exercise tracks for both running and skiing in Eksjö, for example, an artificial snow track. It is 10 meters to your own jetty. Wake up with lake views. Good fiber. Newly-built bathroom including washing machine. Very well-equipped newly-renovated kitchen. Four-legged friends are welcome. Air heat pump and A/C. Charge electric car (at a cost). In Sweden, you can drink tap water.

Cabin near the lake

Välkommen till Sandsjön. Här bor du 250 meter från badstranden med toaletter och grillplats. Stugan är på 50 välplanerade kvadrat och har en stor tomt och uteplats. Under försommaren kommer grill och utemöbler att ställas fram tillsammans med studsmatta och lekstuga. För mysiga kvällar finns även en etanolkamin som kan tändas.
