Here you can enjoy a relaxing life in a lush and secluded garden. There are two spacious bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, a cozy sleeping loft, a spacious living room/kitchen with open up to the ridge and a lovely sunroom. Large wooden deck with plenty of room to socialize, eat and sunbathe. There is also a guest house with two beds. Wi-Fi is available.

Newly renovated house with pure natural materials in traditional style. The cottage is connected to a larger house that has been a farm, along an Öland village street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with many opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 meters away, there is a small hotel with a restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the nearest 2 km away. Sweet chickens are on the farm, and there is an opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Välplanerad året-runt-stuga med 6 st sängar (+ en bäddsoffa för 2), med en härlig tomt på 1500 kvm och närhet till det mesta på norra Öland. Stugan ligger i ett litet, lugnt och familjevänligt stugområde med fotbollsplan och boulebana. Stugan ligger 1,5 km från en av Ölands vackraste kuststräckor och solnedgång, och cyklar finns att låna kostnadsfritt. Snabbt Wi-Fi med fri surf ingår och stugan har även egen laddstolpe till elbil för endast 100 SEK per bokad natt. Stugan är rök- och husdjursfri.

Cozy vacation home on Öland [Södvik]

You will be staying on the grounds of the old station of Persnäs and despite the fact that no trains have run for decades, it still breathes history. From the red house, you have a view of the former station building, which has also been a bank and post office. It is now privately occupied by us, Jaco, Etta, Roos and Nina. The old warehouse, which now houses a second-hand shop, has been preserved most authentically, but here and there you can still find elements of yesteryear.

The cottage is located along the old railway, which is part of the Ölandsleden (nice walking and cycling path). Air conditioning at an extra cost of 50 per day 1500 sqm large plot with swings, trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Djupvik is characterized by a long rocky coast with fantastic cycling and hiking trails. The guest house is about 80 meters from the beach and has a wonderful view of the water. In the evenings, you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west-facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is open in Djupvik during the summer.
