  • Whiskey & History | SLC
This is approximately a 2.5 hour walking and tasting tour learning about Utah's distillation history from the mid 1800's to present day. This is both an indoor and outdoor experience. We meet at a designated corner in downtown Salt Lake City and learn of the history of Utah's distillation, then adjourn inside to our offices where you are presented a flight of local whiskies. After the tasting and discussion of the stories behind the local whiskies, we return back outside for the 8 block walking tour (35 minutes) of downtown Salt Lake City, where we show you an insiders view of how the city was designed, and location of the first tavern to the red light district! We finish the experience in a different location from where we start, at one of Salt Lake's hottest pub's with a final tasting of local Whiskey on us! Please note * experience starts and ends at a different location six blocks apart * tour takes place snow, rain or shine * Covid-19 Social Distancing rules at time of event are in full effect * must be 21 years of age and older for full experience * please bring a valid picture ID that is not expired

  • Mountain Meditation & Yoga
Start with a moderate hike into the breathtaking Utah mountains where we pass a lake and come to a beautiful clearing where I will guide you through a 50 min yoga and meditation session. You will then have some time to explore and enjoy the peaceful area before we make our way out of the canyon to enjoy the spectacular views of the valley. The hike is 1.8 miles round trip and about 500 ft of elevation gain. The entire experience should take 2.5-3 hours from start to finish.

  • Movie Rocks Trail - Cinematic Views
This is my favorite hike - I do it a couple times a month. Lone Rock is on the side of Lone Peak, where you can see both the Utah Valley as well as the South end of the Salt Lake Valley. We'll meet in Suncrest in Draper, then will hike on Corner Canyon road to the trailhead. From there it is a steep climb up to Lone Rock and it will take about an hour to reach the top. Once up top we can explore, take great photos, sing some songs, enjoy the views, have a picnic, and meditate a bit. Coming down is much faster. There is a stream at the bottom, and we can have a filtered drink from it. All in all about 3 hours is ideal - a bit longer if you like meditating. Other things to note If you are able to watch Devil's Brigade in advance of the hike, you may really enjoy it. We'll be outside for around 3 hours, so dress accordingly. The hike up is not too long, but can be intense.
