Great place! Spacious, clean, comfortable, just as described. Super easy access and central location. Close to the freeway entrance, shopping, lots of food choices, and entertainment. Hosts are great communicators. My family loved our stay here!

Wonderful Stay — Highly Recommend! My husband and I had a fantastic stay here! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, parks, local transportation. Host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell they really care about providing a great experience (at a great price) for their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great place to stay in SLC! The apartment was even more spacious than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. I was in town for a work conference and Salt Palace Convention Center was about a 25 minute walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the amenities like in-roon laundry made it feel like home for a week.

Vince really helped us out of a jam. After booking another unit in same building that was unsatisfactory, we were able to book this lovely unit for the week. Vince had a cleaner come in to get it ready for us at the last minute. Totally saved our vacation Unit was quiet and spacious. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms would make this unit ideal for 2 couples. In unit laundry made it possible for us to wash and dry ski gear daily. Unit is close to an elevator which made bringing equipment back and forth a breeze. We will be staying here again to visit our son at the U!

This is maybe my 3rd time staying here. I enjoy it more and more each time! Really easy to get around, easy to locate, the area is quiet, and feels secure.

Shelly is an awesome host, with a great place to stay for a snowboard trip! She met us at the house and personally walked us through the property and all the amenities, making sure we knew how to use an everything. She also gave us a lot of great advice on when resorts to go to, and how to deal with the traffic. Great location, especially to get to Snowbird or Alta.

We loved staying at Brandon's place. We had a large group as well as a lot of family close by and this was a great gathering place. We all felt like it was a great space and we never felt crowded. Anytime there were questions or problems we had very quick responses. We will be coming back again soon and are looking forward to staying here again. This will be first on our list when we come to the area.

Our stay in this incredible home far exceeded expectations. We met in Utah for a Joyous graduation celebration , and staying here turned the trip into something truly memorable. The house itself is stunning—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Even with 8 of us, there was always a quiet corner to escape to with a book or a cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee, there are three different coffee makers (because options matter!), along with snacks, popcorn, and all the little extras that made us feel completely at home. The open kitchen became our gathering place—where conversations flowed, and daily plans were made. And the view. Looking over SLC valley, it’s stunning by day but absolutely magical at night. Facing west, we were treated to beautiful sunsets. Add in the cozy outdoor fireplaces and jacuzzi tub, and you’ve got a dream setting to unwind while soaking it all in. There's also a game room. This home has everything.

This house was a great spot to host my group while in the area. Very clean, a beautiful view, and an amazing hot tub to decompress in! the goats were very responsive and were very helpful when a couple of small questions popped up.

Cody is very good host. I enjoyed staying at his place. It was nice to have the garage to myself for my extra things. I will stay at his place again.

A fantastic home for large gatherings. We hosted an Easter dinner for our family and the kitchen and eating spaces were just what we needed. The home is clean and spacious. Thank you!

Location is great - multiple cafes/bars within 10-15 walk, and only a short drive to downtown, U of Utah campus, canyons. Check-in was very easy and no hassle. Initially there was an issue with the WiFi being accidentally unplugged, but the hosts responded very quickly after I messaged about this concern, and the problem was fixed within 5 minutes. Would happily stay here again!
