It consists of 2 bedrooms with a living room and a covered terrace facing south-east to enjoy long summer evenings. The house is located 3 km from the center of the village, i.e. 5 min, as well as from its Lake Sanguinet-Cazaux. Close to the ocean in Biscarrosse 25 min and Bassin d'Arcachon 25 min.
