Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

Some leisure activities nearby (accessible by car): - Karls Erdbeerhof (15 minutes) - Warnemünde (25 min) - Rostock city center (20 min) - Marlow Bird Park (30 min)

This small apartment with a bedroom, hallway and bathroom is located in the house where we live and work. About 16 km from Rostock, it is a good starting point for exploring the surroundings, by car, bike or on foot, for the beach 26 km away or simply to relax in the tranquility of the small village in the countryside. Of course, a longer stay, e.g. for professional or training reasons, is possible by arrangement.

The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.

Spend your holiday in a castle – Groß Lüsewitz castle makes this dream come true! The castle was built between 1896 and 1898. In 2013, it was modernised and the first holiday flats were created.
